St Katherine's Care Reviews (10)
Over all time St Katherine's Care has 10 reviews.
I had St Katherine's to care for my stepfather, who had Parkinson's, over two years, and then palliative care for my mother. I can not express enough my gratitude to St Katherine's who went above and beyond in their care to my parents and for their support for myself. The carers brought a real family feel with them and helped bring calm, stability, and strength during a very emotional time. Thank you!
I find the carers helpful and understanding in my situation. They are always on time and willing to do whatever I ask. I am in a wheelchair and so take longer to do most things but they are very patient and give me time.
I have always found St Katherine's Care reliable, completely trustworthy. Good value for money. I have been using their services for nearly 2 years.
Very cheerful and helpful staff. Willing to do anything I need.
My mum has vascular dementia and is fairly unsteady on her feet. We have found all the carers very professional whilst showing kindness and warmth. My mum could not be happier with the help St Katherine’s Care provide and as a carer myself, they have demonstrated both flexibility and compassion to me also. We are both extremely grateful for all their continued help and support. Thank you.
The carers have a professional approach and a kind and pleasant personality.
The staff at St Katherines are attentive, friendly and professional. They look at for my mother at all times, and have learned her likes and dislikes. They and the office staff are very good at interacting with the family, passing on important information and responding well to our requests
St Katherine's have been caring for my mother since August 2017. I have always found the carers to be friendly and professional, and they treat my mother with dignity and respect.
My brothers and I all live more than 100 miles from Lincoln. St Katherine's are very good at keeping us notified when there is any kind of medical or domestic incident, and we know we can trust and rely on the information they give us, and on their judgement of what the most appropriate course of action should be.
A well run and responsive agency. Carers are efficient and not only care for specific needs but also one's general well-being. They are kind, well mannered, very professional and contribute greatly to make me feel safe and secure. Communication between client and agency is excellent with queries and requests being answered promptly.
All carers are experienced and conduct themselves in a professional caring manner.
I would definitely recommend this agency.
