I moved, with little confidence and a little belief in myself, with the help from staff, I am confident to go out by myself.

The staff who attend on a daily basis are both caring and understanding. I could not wish for a more dedicated and friendly team who are always on hand in anything that is appropriate to sort out. I am extremely happy with the care and excellence from around the clock.

We have used the ladies from Around The Clock Care for a few years now and in the care of my Dad they are gentle - caring - compassionate and responsible they occasionally have a sense of humour which helps - they often go the extra mile to accommodate my father in his likes and dislikes and his love
of routine - I trust them with his care which is very important - I highly recommend them.

We are happy with the service received. The carers are very friendly and caring, and they do utilise the time to do all sorts of things for my father. We noticed they have put washing on for him, tidy the environment...etc.
The office staffs response promptly with any changes and enquiries. Thank
you all staffs and carers at Around the Clock Care Agency.

We are so pleased and relieved with the care Around The Clock Care provides. The office staff respond very quickly to my emails and are accommodating of me changing things at often very short notice. The carers are very friendly, positive and patient. It is very reassuring to know Dad is being so well
supported in the way he wants to do things. Thank you to all at Around The Clock Care!

Mum and Dad were very happy with the service received. Around the Clock were very accommodating when we needed to change the time of the visits and also when Mum and Dad changed their minds about when they needed help! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We would be happy to use it again and to
recommend it to others. It's so difficult to find reliable carers and Around the Clock was very reliable.
