The staff who attend on a daily basis are both caring and understanding. I could not wish for a more dedicated and friendly team who are always on hand in anything that is appropriate to sort out. I am extremely happy with the care and excellence from around the clock.
We have used the ladies from Around The Clock Care for a few years now and in the care of my Dad they are gentle - caring - compassionate and responsible they occasionally have a sense of humour which helps - they often go the extra mile to accommodate my father in his likes and dislikes and his love of routine - I trust them with his care which is very important - I highly recommend them.

Mum and Dad were very happy with the service received. Around the Clock were very accommodating when we needed to change the time of the visits and also when Mum and Dad changed their minds about when they needed help! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We would be happy to use it again and to recommend it to others. It's so difficult to find reliable carers and Around the Clock was very reliable.
