The agency offers a unique choice of flexible homecare and support services tailored to the needs of the individual, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The service can range from a 30-minute visit to a night-sitting service to 24-hour live-in care. Care can be provided to cover a short-term illness, or respite care because the usual carer is having a break.

The care offered can include flexible home-care solutions that range from washing, bathing, toileting, dressing, administering medication, help with getting up in the morning and back into bed at night. The agency also offers a companionship service for customers, as well as help with household chores, like ironing, cleaning, cooking and shopping.

Every client receives a face-to-face assessment with a trained care assessor and from this a bespoke, comprehensive person-centered care plan will be produced along with risk assessments.

The carers are well trained with very good experience in handling personal care.
The carers are very well-spoken and have good knowledge and understanding of every individual care.

Upon my father's discharge from the hospital we were a bit lost as to the new situation we found ourselves in especially with the amount of medication. The initial visit put our minds at ease, Ami Home Care helped put our minds at ease, whilst caring for my father with the utmost care and support.

We have been using Ami Home Care services for approximately 3 years now. The business operations team is full of compassion and take ownership in delivering the best care possible. Their team of carers is always on time, respectful, friendly, and trusting. They are always polite and adapt their ways
to the needs of the day.
Ami Home Care accommodates all of our urgent-last minute requests, and requirements promptly and efficiently. They answer our phone calls, texts without any delay and are always kind. There has never been an issue with invoices, time-keeping, or quality of work. Ami Home Care takes excellent care of ensuring that all services are being provided with the utmost kindness, professionalism, and structure. They are truly a God-send to us, and we cannot thank them enough for the way they care for us.
