The team have been fantastic looking after Dad in difficult circumstances. They have gone above & beyond in some of the support that is needed. They have adapted well to some new diagnoses and been very patient.

We particularly appreciate that my Mother receives her care from a small team of Carers that she is able to feel confident and comfortable with.

My wife has had Parkinson's disease for years. Recently she fell and broke her knee. We have had other carers from other agencies, some quite good but others really quite bad. Our carers now are by far the best we have ever had. They don't only do the job wonderfully but seem to be able to bring joy and happiness when they walk through the door. I have no hesitation in recommending them wholeheartedly.

It was very crucial to me and mum with her situation and I had nowhere to go for help. Every day taking care of Mum was so difficult and stressful until I was introduced to Care Centred Ltd. Life has since been peaceful, heartwarming, and hopeful with Mum and her care. She has greatly improved and oh mine she hasn't stopped thanking carers daily for their support. I am grateful to the management who never ceased reassuring me and mum that they're there for us and things will be fine.

I have found the carers supplied by Care Centred Ltd to be polite, helpful, proactive and hugely supportive of my elderly mother. The initial set up and administration of my mother's care was handled sympathetically and efficiently.

The fact that staff from the agency are very good with manual handling and my transfers; I will recommend their services to everyone. Apart from their experience, courteous, and respect for me, they ensure I am not in any pain during personal care support and transfers from my wheelchair to my armchair or vice versa.

I love talking to the manager, who has time and understands my needs. He is so patient too. I like the way they decided to come and talk to me and understand my needs when I enquired about keeping my carer because he is respectful and speaks my language.

Daddy was mostly concerned about living alone. We all became concerned, but when we were referred to Care Centred Limited, we were amazed the Care and support plan they put together after meeting me and dad to do a needs assessment. Daddy looks happy now and our hearts are at rest knowing he is being taken good care of.
