We have had Care Plus service for over a year. It provided efficient, dependable and friendly service employing local care workers.

Overall Experience
All options below are based on average. Some carers do an excellent job, whereas others seem to want to get in and out quickly.
Overall I am happy with the service that they do but I think the third visit out of four should be cancelled as it is unnecessary and a waste of money.

Future visits should be breakfast, lunch and tea with a 25% reduction in fees.

I am very happy with the service/care given to me. The carers are all very cheerful and helpful. I like the fact that I have 2 main carers and get on well with them.

Very happy with the care my mum receives, she loves all the carers, she looks forward to the visits and they assist my mum with all aspects.

They have helped when she needs her GP or also mobility support

Overall Experience
All the carers at Care Plus that work with my mother are kind and caring. The managers are easy to contact and respond promptly to any queries. When my mother needs extra assistance the carers are always willing to help her.
This month my mother had a new carpet fitted and this potentially impacted how the carers were able to look after her. However, when informed the managers ensured the carers knew and they were prepared to work around any difficulties.

Care Plus always show respect and kindness to my mother and I trust that her welfare is their priority.

These ladies are God sent! We can never thank them enough!
Very friendly, always helpful and in these difficult times they have proved to be very supportive.
They are very caring, all personal care done with dignity and privacy.

When we have had a few issues we have called the director and she has dealt with them immediately.
