The care we are receiving is far superior to the care I have encountered in the past.
Everyone is polite, and the work they do is to a high standard.
I would definitely recommend the company to anyone who needs care in their own home either for themselves or a family member.

Overall, my experience of the service provided to my Mum in her home by Rexshi has been a positive one. Staff is generally punctual, kind, friendly, flexible, responsive and caring. The management is available and responsive and requests to very service to suit the client are met. My only criticism would be occasional lapses in attention to detail (e.g. failure to put things back where and as you find them).
