The carers are flexible and supportive. They listen to the way I like things done.

My carer is great but not available more than 3 days a week and I don't like the chop and change I had to find another so I only have 3 days now. It's hard to get the truly flexible times that I am allowed. The management try.

My Father has advanced Vascular Dementia and Revelation Social Care looked after him for two and a half years, but due to the passing of my mother, he now resides full time in a care home. Revelation's Social care were exceptionally professional and 'hands on'. The carers were always on time, and the manager was very attentive, supportive and addressed any issues, very promptly. The staff seemed well trained and always hoisted my father correctly from bed to chair and chair to bed. The manager was very accommodating and flexible, especially when dad needed respite in a care home setting a number of times during the year, to give my mum a break. The carers were always very pleasant and the manager was very much at the helm, easy to reach and on standby in the case of any issues or emergencies. I strongly recommend this care company after the high level of service, support and care that my father received. The administration staff were always very helpful and informative too.

We lost our mum yesterday. We have had revelations as her caregivers for 2 years. I can not thank this amazing team of carers for the beautiful and dignified way they looked after our mum. It started firstly with minimal assistance to her needing full care and hoisting out to finally being nursed in bed. The carers did everything with dignity and always with a smile and often with a song and a prayer which was very important to my mum. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to care for your family member. the Manager and the team thank you.
