I have used the the service for nearly 18 months. The service has made big difference .The carer has made my wife comfortable using shower.
I have been using Responsive Carer for nearly three years now to look after my mum who suffers from Parkinson. The staff listen to clients needs and always happy to accommodate the tasks assigned to them during their visit. They are on time,polite to my mum,look after her needs and leave the house in acceptable condition. Current carer Sarbjeet has become like a family who is not only liked by mum but also my kids look forward to see her. She is well trained without we telling her what needs to do and mum finds her company helpful when she is bit of stress. Company is always able to provide cover when I need and make adjustments per my mum's request. They have made a difference for my mum who is now used to having helpful carer around to do things for her. All carers sofar we had been very respectful, trustworthy and understanding.
Searching for the right support for a loved one with dementia is incredibly stressful, but Responsive Care has been a total Godsend. After three months of looking after my mum, their service has been nothing short of exemplary.

We have been really happy with the service we have received from Responsive Care. They have been really accommodating with my father's needs and have changed things rapidly when needed. Amit and Binit are lovely and my father really looks forward to seeing them daily. Amit is such a kind gentle soul and my father is very lucky to have him. The cleaning was thorough and efficient. The home carer is normally on time and is a happy person. She even tries to answer calls outside her typical hours. The home carer gives good advice when the patient's problems are discussed.
The carer has been very patient and caring towards my husband. Excellent care always tries his best when sometimes my husband is not very responsive in having his bath or medication.
