Overall Experience

Our mother was a palliative patient at home with daily carers for about four months. The carer's are very polite, always work very hard as a team, and are very kind and considerate with our mother. The company is managed very well and is always willing to adapt to unexpected changes such as the visiting times and needs of the patient.

Overall Experience

Thank you for the daily care service provided for my mother during the first two weeks. Both carers have been very kind, helpful, dedicated, and attentive. My mother and I truly appreciate their positivity and willingness to help and support. Also I wanted to thank the administration for the flexibility in setting up/adapting the schedule during this uneasy period of settlement. I highly recommend Southlodge for their professionalism and dedication. Thank you!

Overall Experience
We were very lucky to have had professional and sensitive care for our mother from Homecare Southlodge. Our Mother eventually needed a live in carer and Southlodge sent the perfect match for her. The carer had to be patient and understand our mother's needs. She had to administer medicines and creams at varying times and was always vigilant to make sure this medication was ordered in plenty of time.

The carer also ensured our mum was happy by singing to her and with her. She gave our mother 100% attention and care.

Overall Experience

We are very pleased with the care support we have received for our son. The carers are friendly and polite, and are very competent and caring. The management of the service is very efficient, and we have good communication if we need to rearrange anything.

Overall Experience

So my mum was on palliative Care and I was assigned carers. The ladies that were sent to help mum were so respectful and mum was shown kindness,and treated just how you'd want a family member to be treated in this difficult heartbreaking situation I was very reluctant to have them at first but I'm so glad that I did. In my mum's final days of life, these ladies helped me emotionally physically and mentally, and I will be eternally grateful to them.

Overall Experience

The service is fine. I am always treated with respect and kindness. My carers understand my needs and give me time. There have been issues with the carer being late, however that seems to have been sorted out.

Overall Experience

Ever since we have had Southlodge looking after my wife, I wonder how we managed before. All the girls are very professional, my wife gets on well with all of them, and they have made our lives much better! It has made my life and my wife a lot easier; the girls all know how to keep her happy.

Overall Experience
I am still mobile & independent where I can. The carers have helped me practically where needed & if I am settled, I enjoy the companionship/chatting about my previous holidays.

Some of the carers are definitely in the right job & it's a pleasure seeing them.
