Tremenheere Home Care provided my mother with outstanding care for approximately 1 year before she sadly passed away in hospital. Their service meant that my mother was able to live at home as long as possible which was her overall wish. The service was second to none, the staff so kind, friendly and professional, and so reliable as well . I would not hesitate to recommend Tremenheere Home Care to any potential client.

A reliable helpful company with carers that care. They are hard-working and their help is exceptional. The Management team will help in any way. I cannot fault the Company in any way. The staff help me to live a normal life.

Tremenheere kindly came to my rescue after I spent an entire year in the hospital. After a home fire literally left me dead! However, after defeating the odds and surviving 66% 3rd and 4th-degree burns, and a 2-month coma no care providers seemed willing to provide me a package. Until Tremenheere discovered me. Since the day of my discharge (September 31st, 2020) the girls at Tremenheere have become the only shining light in a very dark existence. They have replaced the family I've lost. They mean the world to me!

Tremenheere Home Care have been an absolute lifesaver for our family. Our widowed mum in Newlyn has dementia and as she has declined, has been unable to make a hot meal for herself and has few visitors so is lonely. The Manager and her all-female team of carers have been exceptional. Always on time, always kind and considerate, always patient and listening. Mum loves their company and whilst she might have no idea what she had for lunch, it was always prepared by someone who was ‘lovely’. Whenever something doesn’t seem right we are told straight away and find that reassuring. The Manager runs a tight ship and that is reflected in the very high standard of care provided – thank you!

Staff were always cheerful and polite and do their best to help at each visit. They are considerate to the client at all times.

I cannot praise all the staff and carers enough. They have been looking after my Mum (and Dad) for over two years now. My parents always look forward to the carers coming as they are so cheerful and friendly and very efficient. They have been able to give advice where necessary and made sure that I was contacted if there were any concerns. A list of who was coming in each week would be sent to my parents, so that they felt confident in knowing who was due in. The management team have been excellent too in helping with any concerns I had, offering help and advice where appropriate. My Mum now requires a 24-hour live-in carer, so sadly we have had to stop using their services but should my Dad need any help in the future, we would not hesitate to contact Tremenheere first. Thank you again for being so wonderful.

What a genuinely caring, kind and accommodating team of carers. Professionals. I couldn't have wanted for more during the two years they looked after my father. He was always happy to see them and I know they went to great lengths to make him feel special. Communication with management was easy. There was always somebody at the end of the phone and willing to help if I called. At times they went above and beyond the call of duty, helping me as well as my father. The manager manages an excellent care service. Our friend was able to stay in her home for a long period, thanks to the care and kindness she received from her team of carers. As her dementia condition worsened, our friend's moods grew more difficult to predict and her needs varied on a daily basis. However, the manager and her team responded flexibly to these changes and always treated her with respect and helped her maintain her dignity. The fact that despite many staffing issues and the problems caused by Covid 19, the manager always ensured our friend had regular daily visits and that all her carers were capable and kind.

The carers are extremely lovely - cheerful and chatty. We look forward to seeing them morning and evening. They are good and kind and very patient.

I have found Tremenheere Care to be responsive, adaptable and kind. My mother says they have changed her life and she looks forward to their visits. They are willing to help with meals, cleaning, taking her out, etc etc. I really couldn’t ask for more for my mum!

I started having care from this company in March 23/19 on coming out of Hospital. I have had no reason to ever complain. The workers who visit me are always happy and help with anything I need. They are always on time and a pleasure to see them as I am housebound, so nice to chat while they work. The owner is always very helpful on the phone. I am more than pleased with this company.
