I am extremely pleased with the care I am receiving. The carers go above and beyond requirements and are most efficient. The manager is 'hands on' and shows great concern for my welfare. I receive a very helpful timetable each week listing attendance times and names of carers due to call. I also find the 'rehab' element of care visits vital to my recovery.

This agency has been visiting my 91-year-old, bedridden, aunt, for 8 months. They are the most professional care agency I have ever been involved with. The initial assessment was thorough and it was clear that the assessor had a real understanding of the needs of her clients. The carers are efficient, well trained and smartly dressed. My aunt receives a weekly list of the carers and the times they will call. My aunt looks forward to getting this list and looks at it every day. It helps her to feel that she is partly in control. The girls are always kind, cheerful and prompt. The office back-up is impressive. I feel confident that my aunt is in safe hands. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

My mother has used this care agency for several months. She has four visits a day as she can do very little for herself now physically. The manager is always keen to be involved in mum’s care, is very approachable and understanding. The care team is reliable and responsive to mum’s needs. When mum had a short stay in hospital last year the care team were very accommodating and were ready to continue their visits as soon as mum returned home.

The team at Tremenheere are fantastic! They are happy, smiling, engaging and most importantly make my mum feel like she is a valued person. They are very professional and friendly and treat mum with dignity. We have used Tremenheere about 4 times now all for respite care for my mum when she comes to stay at my house to give her a break from the Nursing Home she lives in. They are super and we cannot recommend them highly enough. The owner is very accommodating to us given that we only need to use their services now and again - which is highly appreciated.

From day one Tremenheere carers have looked after Mum, supported her and given her independence to enable her to stay in her own home. I am kept informed which carer will be attending and there is excellent contact and communication. I would recommend to everyone.

Carers are competent and professional in the job they do and kind in the way they do it. Our mother does not consider that she needs carers but they are gently winning her round. Management clearly know the issues involved and are easily contactable and responsive.

Staff - All staff have been excellent in their delivery of care to my father which is professional but also very tender and friendly. They are all well trained and seem to be furthering themselves by training for further qualifications. They take time to explain the care they are giving, how and why and I have learnt a lot. They are welcome visitors and feel like personal friends.

During a very stressful period of time having Tremenheere Care start the package for my mum in December was a great relief. Having never been in this situation before the management immediately put us at ease. They were pleasant, personal and professional. They took time to understand mums needs which gave us confidence that mum was being looked after well. We were very reassured when recently mum was going through a difficult time as they were extremely proactive and guided us to access more help which resulted in a very quick improvement in my mums health and well-being. The carers, who we have met on several occasions are always friendly, courteous and professional. We continue to feel confident that mum is being well supported and the management keep us promptly informed of any little changes they think maybe significant which we very much appreciate.

It is a new agency, set up last year. It was previously very difficult to obtain care in West Penwith, and the existing local agencies were not great, so it was a relief when Tremenheere Home Care was able to take mum's package. They not only sorted out all the problems with mum's previous care - we had been unable to get the domestic care we were entitled to, and she needed but couldn't get double-handed care. Also, they were able to provide the early morning call at 8 am. They do our cleaning, as neither of us are able to do this now. Also, they help me with the supermarket shopping. Mum is a substantial user of the service - she has double-handed care four times a day. They hoist her from bed to chair now that she can no longer walk. The staff have all been excellent and very caring, nothing is too much trouble for them.

The team always went the extra mile, nothing was ever too much trouble and treated with respect and dignity.

All of the staff that have come out to help my Grandfather have done so with a friendly and professional manner. They have been very caring and have made a personal connection with him. I really appreciate the care package that is provided, so I can see what has happened today. I also love the fact that the boss has actually come out on a few occasions to check all is OK. A real help and don't know where we would be without them. Thank you all for everything.

If ever there’s a query management gets back to you very efficiently, I cannot recommend this Care agency and its staff enough!

In 2017 my 91-year-old mother broke her back leaving her doubly incontinent and unable to walk. After 6 months in the hospital and 6 weeks in a care home, both of which she hated, they treated her like an old lady! Although her body was broken her mind wasn't. She wasn't deaf, didn't have dementia but they treated everyone the same regardless. Eventually, she came home but had to have carers which she found difficult after being so independent. But she grew to love the girls who looked after her. I'd come home and find them sat with her laughing and giggling like members of a special club. Made all the more unusual because of the age difference 91 and 27. Sadly now she's gone but the girls made her life worth living again. It was beautiful to see them together and has left me with some wonderful memories of my Mum. You could almost say they looked after me too.
