Trailblazer Care delivers care and support services to people in their own homes, providing support in the promotion and maintenance of independence, choice and dignity. Working with older people and those living with mental or physical health needs, their care workers take pride in meeting the differing and changing needs of all clients. They train and develop staff to the highest levels including Diplomas up to Level 5.

Their services include sitting in calls, activities such as outings to the cinema, community outings, appointments and/or activities in the client’s home: assistance with meal preparation, laundry and grocery shopping: personal care: bathing, dressing, and medication administration, sit in service, palliative and end of life care, cleaning service, hospital discharge, supported living and Live-in Care Services. Read less
