I am extremely happy with the service.
I have been with Trailblazer Social Care for over a year and find the care workers do a fantastic job and in the main are faultless. They have a wonderful working relationship and are more like family friends now. While I have no concerns/complaints regarding the workers, my only criticism is of the management of the company, especially those responsible for arranging the daily rota. I feel strongly that the management show little respect or concern regarding the care workers.
