Overall Experience

I have been with Trailblazer Social Care for over a year and find the care workers do a fantastic job and in the main are faultless. They have a wonderful working relationship and are more like family friends now. While I have no concerns/complaints regarding the workers, my only criticism is of the

management of the company, especially those responsible for arranging the daily rota. I feel strongly that the management show little respect or concern regarding the care workers.

Hello Annemarie, That is lovely feedback to hear for the carers and I am very pleased that you are so happy with the care you receive. In regard to the management team and the rota’s our office in Elland was subjected to the flood so we have had to relocate and I apologise for any inconvenience caused. We do recognise the good job the carers do for us and we thank them on a daily basis for all the effort they put in and also we have our monthly staff meeting where we do praise our carers for the role they do and the way in which they care for our service users. Without them, we wouldn’t be able to provide the care that we do. I am glad to see that you would recommend our service and I am very hopeful that you will see the improvement of the management team in the near future, once we are back in an office.
