I have no problem with recommending this company. My aunt was a very difficult person but we wanted someone who could look after her in her home and they managed wonderfully. Nothing was too much trouble, and it was a great relief, given that I lived 100 miles away, that my aunt was being well looked after.
TLC has become part of my mom's family, she has nothing but good things to say about all the members of the team and I'm sure she would adopt them if she could. The difference they make to my mom's well-being is phenomenal and it's fantastic how they all involve Mom in their daily lives, ask Mom for her opinion on all sorts of things and make her feel valued and important.
I know that my mom is in the best hands possible, I have a great relationship with all of the team and I have total confidence in them.
Basically, we love 'em!

I received care from TLC after undergoing major surgery. I was very nervous about this and receiving personal care from someone who I didn't know. However, after a couple of days, I looked forward to my carer coming, they treated me with dignity and respect and went over and above looking after my needs. In fact, I was sad when I no longer needed care after my recovery. I will definitely use it again for either myself or family and friends. I can understand why they have outstanding care.

My husband has dementia and I have secondary cancers. We have huge support from friends, family and local neighbours. We use TLC care at Home for twice-daily visits for him. All the carers who come are calm, efficient and sympathetic towards my husband and myself. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Meet the Team (3)
Jacqui is a Director and the Registered Manager here at TLC Care at Home. It's Jacqui's passion that has driven TLC to be recognised by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as overall 'OUTSTANDING', something the whole team are extremely proud of because it puts TLC in the top 3% of all England registered care providers.
Tracey is a Director and Field Manager. She has spent over 20 years in care and has an absolute passion for delivering a first-class service to all. She holds a Level 5 Diploma in Adult Health and Social Care and she is also a trainer and Mentor. Her primary role is to meet and greet new clients and build a person-centred care plan so that every client has a choice about their care requirements.
Peter is a Director and the Training Manager and whose qualifications include Level 5 Diploma in Adult Health and Social Care, Level 3 in Education and Training (QCF) and he delivers the People Moving Moving and Handling, Safeguarding, Health and Safety courses as well as the Care Certificate. TLC Care at Home actively encourages all carer's to achieve a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Adult Health and Social Care. Training is a key part of TLC Care at Home's success in achieving an overall CQC award of 'Outstanding'.
