TLC Care at Home Ltd

I have no problem with recommending this company. My aunt was a very difficult person but we wanted someone who could look after her in her home and they managed wonderfully. Nothing was too much trouble, and it was a great relief, given that I lived 100 miles away, that my aunt was being well looked after.

I received care from TLC after undergoing major surgery. I was very nervous about this and receiving personal care from someone who I didn't know. However, after a couple of days, I looked forward to my carer coming, they treated me with dignity and respect and went over and above looking after my needs. In fact, I was sad when I no longer needed care after my recovery. I will definitely use it again for either myself or family and friends. I can understand why they have outstanding care.

My husband has dementia and I have secondary cancers. We have huge support from friends, family and local neighbours. We use TLC care at Home for twice-daily visits for him. All the carers who come are calm, efficient and sympathetic towards my husband and myself. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Thank you so much for the weekly emails. It’s nice to see what Mum gets up to, even though it’s not much these days! She says such positive things about you all and tells us she is happy and doesn’t get lonely, which is lovely to hear. Her house looks so clean and tidy too, you are all making such a difference.
