Daily Charges per Person
- Hourly Visiting Care Fees: £26.97 - £26.97
• Visits are a minimum of 30 minutes then 15 minute increment
• Rates are per Carer
• Mileage – 45p pence per mile (please note mileage is charged for journeys we travel with or for you, e.g. Collecting shopping for you or taking you out to appointments).
• Cancellations – When cancellations are made with less than 48 hours notice, the full charge will be made, this is in the case of pre-planned arrangements such as holidays; for emergency cancellations such as hospital admittance, the Service User will be charged on the day of cancellation only.

• Placement fee – Any Client directly employing a member of our staff or a person who has worked for and been introduced to you by Time2Care will be charged an introduction fee equal to 15% of the Care Worker’s commencing annual salary, minimum charge £1000.
