I qualified as a Nurse in 2008, I worked in the surgical ward when first qualified. I also worked in the ENT ward (ear, nose, and throat). Then became the charge nurse of the Urology and Colorectal ward.

I was also a district nurse for 6 years working with a variety of people and conditions. I then progressed to nurse assessor for continuing healthcare where I worked for 2 years.

I am proud to be a registered Nurse and Manager. I enjoy training the care staff to give them the ability to work closely with our clients and support them with their personal and clinical needs and present a very high standard.

Our team is very important to me, they have the ability to work autonomously but we have great communication with each other to ensure our high standards are upheld. Our team all come from a caring background and have a caring nature.

Our team at Ideal Complex Care ensure that we provide a person-centred care approach, we ensure that we are supporting the clients to the best of our ability to try and provide them an independent and normal life as possible. In being able to give them the opportunity to take risks with the support from us and to encourage them to live their lives as they wish.

Hi, I'm Kirsty, I am the Recruitment Manager & HR Administrator for Ideal Complex Care.

I have worked for I.C.C. for just over a year. Before I joined I.C.C in 2022. I worked in the care field for just over 20 years, working with complex care for children and adults. I always wanted to become an HCA from a very young age. I went to college and completed the BTEC National Level 3 in Health Studies to help with my career in the care industry.

I really enjoy working in Recruitment and finding the right staff for the package while working in a person-centred care approach. I have also just completed a REC level 3 certificate in In-house Recruitment.

Hiya! My name is Mason, I’m the Senior Complex Care Coordinator at Ideal Complex Care! I’ve worked with the company since March 2023.

I have worked in healthcare for a number of years, since leaving school at 18. I have worked in a variety of community-based roles, working with an extensive variety of clients with varying needs of support. I have a passion for mental health and hope to continue to learn about supporting those with additional mental health needs.

I am currently studying my Level 4 course to become a Lead Adult Care Practitioner, and hope to develop my personal skills within care in order to further support my team of care staff and nurses. I like to be involved with meetings involving the MDT as this helps me understand my clients and their needs further.

Hello, I am Hayley. I have been with I.C.C as a Complex Care Coordinator for nearly 4 months now.

I have worked in the care industry for 24 years with elderly, young children and adults with learning disabilities, brain injuries, positive behaviour support, autism, epilepsy, and ADHD and within various roles, such as a senior support worker, Activities Coordinator, and Assistant Manager. I have gained my level 3 in Health and social care, level 3 award in Education and training and completed a Coordinator course.

I enjoy being within the care industry and sharing my extensive experience, skills and knowledge with the team.
