I joined AmberGreen Health and Social Care Ltd as Care Co-ordinator on 30th September 2024, my role is to ensure that in the first instance clients are provided with an agreed Care Package that we have the capacity to cover as a Service Provider. My role is to also ensure that they receive the care hours allocated and that the commissioned hours are met along with the tasks agreed based on the provided referral / CAR400 from the Local Authority.
My role also requires me to support a team of carers who will be providing the care to our clients, we also ensure that the staff are trained and competent to work within AmberGreen Health and Social Care.
