I have been with AmberGreen since October 2023, the management and the staff was welcoming and they showed me around the house they showed me where my bedroom is and the staff gave me space to settle in. Then every day the staff comes and checks if I am ok and the staff is helping me.

Good generally. Time is not consistent, i.e., it varies. I would like consistency, barring traffic etc.

I moved to supported living with AmberGreen in March 2023, and I am still here. Staff support me in carrying out personal care needs, encourage me to take my medication and most importantly, do one-on-one key sessions with me daily on different topics. The staff are fantastic, they have interpersonal
skills, hence I can easily relate to them. They go the extra mile to ensure I am well and prepare me to be as independent as possible.

The care which this organisation provided for my wife was truly outstanding. We met eight carers in total, all of who were the best of the best. They quickly learnt and understood my wife's severely limited and worsening physical capabilities, and dealt with all her personal care needs with the utmost
dignity and sensitivity. The manager was very professional and assisted with all requirements where she could. We were delighted that they came on board to help us and could not have been happier. Thank you so much Amber Green for all the help you gave us - top marks to you all.

It was our very first time needing help and the manager came to visit us to assess what we would need. She was very professional, but also friendly. Completely put us at ease and helped us in what caring we would need. Once the carers started, I personally felt that you don’t know what you need until
you get it. The ladies were so lovely, they got to know myself and my mum very well. They were fantastic, put us at ease, extremely professional, caring. I would highly rate this company from the management to the team of carers.

I joined AmberGreen Health and Social Care Ltd as Care Co-ordinator on 30th September 2024, my role is to ensure that in the first instance clients are provided with an agreed Care Package that we have the capacity to cover as a Service Provider. My role is to also ensure that they receive the care hours allocated and that the commissioned hours are met along with the tasks agreed based on the provided referral / CAR400 from the Local Authority.
My role also requires me to support a team of carers who will be providing the care to our clients, we also ensure that the staff are trained and competent to work within AmberGreen Health and Social Care.
