Yorkshire care at home have been really supportive and helpful with caring for dad since he started. Dad has built good positive relationships with carers and looks forward to seeing them on a regular basis. Dad has become more comfortable allowing carers to carry out certain tasks that I use to do and as his daughter this has helped me massively. Dad is a cheeky chappy and from when I have been present when carers are there they have all said how much they love my dad which is lovely to hear. I am really happy with the care and support that is provided for dad and I know that if I need any extra support I can always contact the office and they are helpful and polite

Yorkshire Care At Home have looked after my sister for the past 6 years and her care has gone from several visits during the day and night to what is now 24/7 continuing health care. My sister has extreme complex issues and the staff and management have always treated my sister with care, compassion and respect. Her care needs have always been of the highest priority and they have worked with the family very closely to ensure that there is a positive balance between my sister's health, well-being, and quality of life. Any issues that have arisen over the years have always been dealt with in consultation with the family and with my sister's best interests in mind. Yorkshire Care at Home helped me look after my seriously ill brother for 3 years. The care he received was excellent. All carers treated my brother with respect and discretion. A report was written at the end of each visit which was very helpful to reassure me that he was taking his medication on a regular basis. In times of crisis, both the Carers and Office Staff worked as a team to get medical support when appropriate. I would not hesitate to recommend this agency. I am extremely grateful for their support.

From my first meeting with this company, I knew my family would be in safe hands. I care for 3 adults. They researched my sons' rare condition, discussed my father's needs and gave me advice on how I could improve my effectiveness in handling the care and wellbeing of my charges and myself. The whole journey with them has been such a positive experience and we have benefitted from their involvement. All staff are briefed fully and introduced personally to the user. They are friendly, professional, caring and a pleasure to work with. Extra training has been undertaken by all staff to safely care for my sons' complex needs. Interaction and wellbeing development are imperative and every one of the staff have found their own personal bond and interaction with their charges. It's a joy to watch. The company do not only care for the user but for those who care for them. I cannot give enough praise to this company and I am so grateful to have found them.

The carer has got my mum's number as she understands her needs and is trying her best to get us there so thank you.

Yorkshire Care at Home have been looking after dad now for over 1 year. I was blown away by the Registered Manager in the initial conversation and that professionalism, dedication and absolute aim to deliver the best care possible is consistent across the whole team. It's difficult handing over the care of a loved one to a 'stranger' but it is the right thing. This team have given dad better care than I ever could - they know absolutely what needs to be done but more than that, they have become friends. Both I and dad have absolute trust in all the carers that are involved - the fact they aim to keep the team consistent is great but when a new team member joins it is never an issue as everyone is well trained - but more than that, they demonstrate the same company values and soon join the merry gang. It's not just about the physical care, these guys have a laugh with dad and contribute massively to his mental well-being as well. I can't recommend this company enough, they are absolutely fabulous.

My aunt has been with Yorkshire Care for the past six years or so and we could not be more pleased. The team has made every effort to ensure she is well looked after. Her regular carer has become a great friend and is someone I trust completely. If there is ever a problem, the manager is on hand to offer advice and will pop round and see my aunt sometimes just for a cup of tea. I wish I could write a review that fully reflected how supported my aunt and I have felt over the past six years. Yorkshire Care are a lovely team of people who really care.

The responsibility of caring for my dad, especially over a long distance felt huge. I was so lucky to finally cross paths with the lovely staff from Yorkshire Care at Home. They have helped, guided and supported my father's care enabling him to remain in his home where he feels happiest. Apart from the daily support with his needs they are warm, welcoming and provide kindness with every visit, nothing has been too much trouble for them when discussing his care. I can honestly say that they allow me to sleep at night knowing that he is safe and well. I could not be more satisfied, I am grateful they are there to support Dad and allow him to continue to lead a happy life.

The ladies that visited her four times a day demonstrated great care, kindness, empathy, dignity and respect towards my mother and the family. It felt like we had know them for ages and we fully appreciate their work, more so now after witnessing their day to day work, I couldn't do it! Thank you so much.

My husband has been receiving personal care from Yorkshire Care At Home for about two years, the care he receives is second to none, we both cannot praise the carers enough.
