They were all very kind and caring and I know it made a huge difference to my mums confidence having them in her home. Their professionalism was second to none. They were all a great support to myself and my sister whilst we were coping with mums decline.

I'm truly grateful for all the care, kindness and support I have received on various occasions from Caring Hands. I really appreciate everything the team have done looking after myself and my late husband at times when he was quite ill. This helped me through a very difficult time and they treated my late husband with dignity and respect throughout. I chose Caring Hands again when I needed care after several operation's.
Caring hands are exceptional in the care they give and I can't recommend them enough.

My mother really enjoyed seeing the ladies that looked after her and that was a huge relief as it's not easy to accept this as a very independent lady. I would always recommend this company to friends. I felt that the team knew my Mum so well and that helped me know she was in good hands.

I recommend this wonderful company. Caring Hands could never do too much -professional, caring, helpful and thoughtful management and staff. My parents were very well looked after in every way possible. CH administered drugs via their own very organised and strictly adhered to system.

I recommend this wonderful company. Caring Hands could never do too much -professional, caring, helpful and thoughtful management and staff. My parents were very well looked after in every way possible. CH administered drugs via their own very organised and strictly adhered to system. Personal care, dressing and changing was carried out professionally in such a manner that did not cause my parents to feel in any way uncomfortable but certainly at ease Breakfast, lunch and dinner prepared in accordance with dietry requirements, in good time and to my parents liking everytime.
A credit to their profession......thank you Caring Hands (Horsham)

My father was looked after by the CH team for a long while, receiving extra care as he got older. He enjoyed seeing his regular helpers. Initially it was for meal preparation & serving. My father was looked after by the CH team for a long while, receiving extra care as he got older. He enjoyed seeing his regular helpers. Initially it was for meal preparation & serving. Eating good food was a favourite pastime for him, and his helpers were very accommodating in cooking things just how he liked them. He could be quite brisk if not to his liking, but the carers were always understanding of this. Later he had support showering & dressing, with the carers allowing him as much independence as possible. Knowing he was being cared for well, was a great help to me, and being able to see a log of the care was also welcome. The personal touch the carers showed to my father was lovely to see.
He continued with CH until he was 95 years old, and had to go into a nursing home.

We cannot recommend Carin Hands highly enough for the outstanding care they provided to both my mother-in-law and father-in-law. CH was first engaged after my mother-in-law suffered a stroke. As her needs became more complex, CH adapted seamlessly. Every carer was kind, sensitive, thoughtful and genuinely caring. Thanks entirely to CH and their incredible carers, my mother-in-law was able to remain at home until the end of her life, even when she became bed-bound. When my father-in-law later required care, CH again showed great skill and compassion. Despite his initial reluctance, care was introduced gradually and respectfully. As his needs increased, Amanda ensured his care was regularly reviewed and adapted, always respecting his wish to remain at home and independent for as long as possible.
The carers and management frequently went above and beyond, including staying with my father-in-law after falls and waiting in their own time until an ambulance arrived. Medication was managed carefully,
