My mom, and I were lucky to have Chase Care for a period of over 12 months, before she was admitted in to hospital. The carers and staff in the office were a huge support to both of us, providing moral support to me, and carers who truly cared for my mom.

My mom, and I were lucky to have Chase Care for a period of over 12 months, before she was admitted in to hospital. The carers and staff in the office were a huge support to both of us, providing moral support to me, and carers who truly cared for my mom.
Since my mom's discharge from hospital, it was necessary to change our carer provider, and we have had 2 since then, the free NHS, and the new allocated provider. Unfortunately we have experienced a terrible service with both in comparison to Chase Care. Chase Care provided regular carers, who worked as a team, ensuring my mom was cared for, at the highest quality, and we would highly recommend them.

The care provided to my grandad has been absolutely excellent. The carers are consistently kind, patient, and considerate, always treating him with dignity and respect. They take the time to ensure he is comfortable and well looked after, and their compassionate approach has had a really positive impact on his wellbeing.
It is reassuring for our family to know he is in such capable and caring hands. We truly appreciate the dedication and professionalism of the team and would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for high-quality home care.
