I'm so thankful for the care my mum receives from her carer. They are kind, attentive, and always take the time to ensure she feels comfortable and supported. Their professionalism and warmth make a real difference in my mum's daily life. It's evident that they genuinely care about her well-being.

We have been using Kamino Homecare since the spring. As my mother-in-law's Alzheimer's progressed we have recently moved to daily visits. The carer is fantastic, and it's brought joy back to my mother-in-law who has found a new friend. Like many say, you feel the company policy of employing those who really enjoy helping others is evident. The admin staff are very efficient and understand they play an important role in providing a caring and efficient service to their vulnerable clients and their families. We can rely on them. Our earlier experiences in the past year with a national homecare organisation has really made us appreciate the value of a well-coordinated system. We would highly recommend Kamino.

Kamino Homecare have amazing staff who are professional and also caring. I would recommend them to all my family and friends. All their staff take time to get to know you and your needs. If you are having a bad day they would try their best to turn it around.

I am really happy with the way the carers look after my mother because we are like a family and I do not have any worries about them and my mother is in good hands and the carers look after my mother like their own mother.

Kamino provided carers for my unwell mother, helping with daily personal care etc, mornings and evenings. It was only for a short time, but they worked with us to find a regular carer best for my mum. They were professional, caring, patient and gave good advice. The office was always on the other end of the phone to help with anything, including organising extra hours when needed.

Our experience of this care agency has been overwhelmingly positive. Our carers visit twice a day and are always punctual, caring, kind and reliable. They have built up a very good relationship with the service user and also go over and above what they need to do. They treat her with dignity and kindness. The agency responds very well to any queries. The services provided by this agency has helped our family enormously.

Kamino Homecare have provided carers for my wife for several years now. The administration usually works very well although sometimes (not too often) the office fails to let me know when the usual carer is unwell and another one has been sent to substitute. We have two regular carers, one for weekday mornings and one for the weekend. Both carers are kind, attentive, gentle and they help my wife to get up, washed and dressed and prepared for the day. They go out of their way to help in every possible way.

Kind and understanding of old age.

I like Kamino care agency and the service I receive from them for all these years I have been with them. My carers are lovely, and over the years, we have become friends. The service I receive is nice.

In 2015, just as I was about to receive a second hip replacement, I fell and broke my hip. I knew then I would probably have to rely on carers help for the rest of my life. When I left the hospital, I was, therefore, introduced to and organisation the provides care, in the event, Kamino Homecare whom I have used ever since with excellent results. All the carers they have sent me were pleasant and polite, knowledgeable, trustworthy and reliable. My present carer comes five times a week - she has looked after me for four years now and has become a friend of mine and of my whole big family. A carer's job is not easy, cares are expected to do all kinds of work, at times, most unpleasant work; they take lots of reproaches and barley complain. I don't know how I could manage without my carer; every day I look forward to seeing her.

I would like to say that the ladies who look after my friend are excellent in everything they do for her. They are compassionate, caring and very professional in their job. I would recommend them to anyone who needs these services.

I had an initial visit form staff which was so very reassuring subsequent to that the carer who was allocated to me was ever so good, difficult to believe it was not a family member. It is, from my experience, a smoothly run office with a quick response when contacted and if my example is the way Kamino does its business, it is wonderful.
