Great company. A staff member manages my package. The carers are the best. Always have my care needs and nothing it to much to ask for. Office staff are great and the manager isn't scared to get his hands dirty. Great management
This company went above and beyond for my great-grandmother when she was poorly. She was deteriorating very quickly with her dementia and her overall health too. The company quickly gave us a package of care which suited my nan perfectly. The staff that went into my nan's home were nothing short of amazing. They not only gave my nan an amazing quality of life within her final few months but they also brought a lot of comfort to us as a family. Within the time that she was supported by PSN she was in and out of hospital and no matter what or where she was their services were amazing, quickly getting her more support on her returns home and in her final week had carers with her 24 hours a day. All of our requests and nans needs were met immediately and we can not thank PSN for everything they did for my nan.
Horrendous, avoid at all costs. My dad has been treated appallingly. Staff are constantly late with time critical medication making him extremely ill. They have missed his medication out and also double dosed him with the wrong medication. I caught one carer refusing to help him, my dad even stated he was scared of her. I have no idea how they keep getting away with it. One manager in particular is vile and she clearly could not care less about vulnerable and disabled clients. A couple of the carers are actually fantastic and have voiced their own concerns over the company and other staff. It seems that decent carers and care companies are a rarity.
I really don't know what to say other than, the office staff were brilliant and easy to deal with. All the girls were outstanding in their support for not only Mam but me also. Can't praise them enough - fabulous team.
