Moonrise has been provide support for my daughter for a very long period. Their staff are very professional And caring. Especially This April We had long holiday, they provide excellent service during the holiday. The staff are well trained And understand the needs of my daughter, can handle the complex situation very well.
We aim to provide an excellent service to all and are happy to read that our service has been so positive for your daughter. We look forward to continuing to support and help her achieve her goals and be independent.
I have complete trust that my daughter is kept safe and is enjoying her time with the staff. I receive regular feedback every day, which gives me great peace of mind, knowing that all staff are fully in tune with her needs.
Some staff members truly go above and beyond in their interactions with her, and as a family, we deeply appreciate this. The management team are always just a phone call away and are very supportive whenever there are any changes or concerns.

Moonrise staff are all very helpful, understanding and are all very supportive of my son's needs.
I do however feel at times when there is lack of communication around my son as he is non verbal, staff can represent looking board, I also understand that there is not very much they can do as he is at that stage where he is needing space.
When out in the community I have put my full trust that my son is kept safe and enjoying his time out with staff, I get full feedback from staff daily and my mind is at peace as all staff are in tune with my sons needs.
Some staff do go over and beyond with interaction with my son hence why we as whole family call them "friends"

As a parent of a violent ASD child our family has managed to stay together with the help from moonrise.
They have for years now taken my child out into public settings to get her used to being around different people, something I struggled to do on a regular basis alone.
My daughter can not obtain a school placement so moonrise take her out 4 days a 4-1 in place of school. School could not offer her the holistic teachings that is required in her ehcp which is mainly socialising so moonrise help fill this need.
All members of staff are lovely and are extremely understanding of my daughter's condition. I have recommended this company many times to people in my position.
I wish the girls and the company well, hopefully they will prosper and all disabled people can experience the fantastic level of care my daughter has.

Overall very happy with the service, the carers are excellent with good quality of care. They are very responsive to additional requests, are extremely reliable with carers punctual and courteous. We are on on a public transport route so if a carer doesn't drive they provide taxis. The carers provided are consistent as different people coming each time wouldn't work. The admin is very efficient and office staff are friendly and on the ball with sending invoices timely. The only reason I selected 4 stars and not 5 is because the company do not provide any training or assess competence and it takes a long time to train individuals. No one from the company carries out any checks and very rarely contact me. While the individual carers are excellent they cannot perform the full range of tasks months/years on as it just takes too long for them to be competent so I do some of the care myself. In reality I think the package is a 2 person role for some tasks despite confirming otherwise.

Jessica is the Founder and Managing Director of Moonrise 24hr Recruitment Ltd. She founded the company, named by her son, in 2014 after working in care for over a decade, including as a Care Assistant, Registered Nurse and Residential Home Manager.
Jessica's aim is for Moonrise to provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to all individuals and achieve this through her inclusive and empowering leadership style. Jessica is passionate about developing her teams, expanding opportunities within health and social care, and advocating for women in business.
John Gwaringa, husband of Managing Director Jessica, is Finance Director for Moonrise.
Like Jessica, John has a background working in health and social care and is a Registered Mental Health Nurse and helped in the setting up of Moonrise in 2014.
He works tirelessly every day to ensure that the services provided are of the highest quality and are cost-effective for individuals.
Having joined Moonrise when it first started, Senzeni is one of the longest-serving employees of the company and has been present to see its growth since 2014.
After spending many years working as a Registered Nurse, Senzeni now provides essential support to clients and staff as Care Coordinator. She is responsible for ensuring that care plans are kept up to date so that the highest quality of care can be delivered to every individual supported.
Afsha has been with Moonrise for ten years and has cemented her place as an essential member of the team. She is responsible for shift coordination.
Quiet and unassuming, she manages the staff team rota and matches the correct staff to each package to ensure continuity of care.
