Overall Experience

Namron have been looking after our very elderly mum for a number of years. Her complex needs have greatly increased recently and have been changing rapidly. The senior team have been incredibly professional, knowledgeable, supportive, adaptable and proactive, helping us to establish routines that work for Mum and for us. They and their whole team of carers have shown incredible care and kindness towards our mum at such a difficult time. The team we have are to a person knowledgeable, warm, friendly and efficient, helping Mum to be comfortable, and safe. Their positive and personable approach leaves Mum feeling happier and very very cared for. We simply can't praise and thank them all enough.

Overall Experience
Namron became my and my husband's care provider in 2017, I lost my husband in 2019 I then needed 24-hour care due to my medical conditions.
Since this time I have had excellent care from the carers.
I have a really good team of carers who help me be as independent as possible.
They organise all my medication and appointments and any issues that arise as I get confused when I have to talk too long and concentrate.
The management has changed during this time after people in the office left, a particular member of staff took over and she has up till recently run it nearly on her own and done a brilliant job in my opinion. I'm pleased she now has another member of staff to help and support.
My regular 12-hour shift carers are absolutely wonderful, they go above and beyond to help me, nothing seems too much trouble for them, kind and thoughtful.
And my team of seven carers are a godsend.

I also have pop-in carers who assist and are also excellent.
