We are very happy with the service provided. The carers are always kind and very helpful. My mum is so happy with the care they give. They look after my mum beautifully and always with a smile. We couldn't be more satisfied.

All in all a very good service but Mum being 99 feels being woken up before 7am is early also lately she has had her afternoon cup of tea and cake at 5 pm and then the carers return at 5.20 ish to give her her tea sometimes she is not hungry to eat it all. A more considerate time schedule would be appreciated.

Lily Caring Angel's looked after my husband on his return home from hospital from February 2023 until his death in October 2023. They dealt well with his dementia and immobility showing him respect and kindness at all times, even when he was cross. They worked well with the District Nurses and Physio. They were very aware of my needs, too. Communication with the office was excellent and their timekeeping was good considering the nature of their work. There was always help available whenever I needed it. They tailored their involvement to our needs. I would highly recommend.

We have had the manager and her Angels since the middle of July to look after my wife after a serious stroke. The care, love and consideration is of the highest standard and many of them have nursing experience and have worked in hospitals. I could not ask for anything better than the service we have and for 3 months was four times a day. With their input, we are now reducing some of the daytime visits. I have no hesitation in recommending these Angels for anyone needing loving care.
