Carers are very good although my hearing or loss of creating a tiny difficulty. Also carers from different countries causing mirth and laughter. I am teaching them a few new words like widdle and woopsies in connection with natural bottom movements.

I hope this doesn't offend the review standards.

They not only cared but also created a sense a family, comforting in difficult moments and celebrating the small wins.

All administration was dealt with efficiently & it was very easy to set the care package up. It has always been easy to get in touch with the office staff, who are all kind, considerate and nothing is too much trouble.

Staff are so friendly and kind. We had a full time carer for our dad and daily carers in his last few months and the carers were amazing. Always looking at ways to help improve his situation and so patient with our dad who could get quite frustrated. Thank you Lead Care Services. Staff are amazing and very patient with my husband even when he's shouting at them. They chat away to him and have a laugh and a joke with him and I can't fault them at all! They are always extremely polite and understanding

Lead Care has taken care of Mum for over a year. Recently, we had to update her routine after a spell in hospital. They did it seamlessly, and Mum was allowed home. They are kind and compassionate, and we are reassured that Mum is being looked after well.

I have been with Lead Care Services for several years following a stroke I had and needed assistance with personal and daily living care. The service I have received is outstanding, they are accommodating and the carers really do care, they always make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need before leaving you. Well-trained staff for various needs, I trust and highly recommend Lead Care Services to anyone.

Fabulous service Lead Care, they have gone above expectations to help us with Mum. The carers are kind and hard-working. The office recently had to adjust hours without much notice and has accommodated us to help Mum. Overall I am totally satisfied with their services.

We were very apprehensive about having a carer at home, being normally very independent people. The lead personnel were so helpful on the telephone and very reassuring, and it was more than replicated by the lovely, cheerful, hardworking carer who was assigned to us. She is a delight, and we are so lucky to have this help. We take this sort of thing for granted, but we should celebrate this care-at-home service.

Lead Care Services have been looking after my mother for 5 years and we've been delighted with their care all that time. For the last 2 years, mum has been housebound which required the skill of using a hoist for personal care and transfer. I have never had to worry that someone might not turn up. The carers always arrive at the agreed time and are cheerful, helpful and sympathetic to her needs. Mum appreciates all the help they give her and even enjoys the occasional singsong. Management has always been approachable and helpful and responds quickly to any queries I may have. Similarly, if they have any concerns, they will make me aware so we can find a solution. The only reason for terminating the service this month is because at 95 years old my brother and I felt she needed to move to a care home where she would benefit from 24 hour care and company. We will always be grateful for their competence and friendship over 5 years.

We are extremely happy with Lead Care Services, all the carers that look after my daughter are kind, caring, and very attentive to her needs. She has formed a very good relationship with her carers, who she looks forward to seeing everyday. Management is very approachable, understanding, and will go out of their way to support the client and the family. Would recommend to anyone who requires personal care and we feel very happy that we found this agency.
