The carers clean my kitchen for me once a week. They are always polite to me but not interested in conversation, despite the job title of 'carer' they never ask me how I am. They do not seem to be happy, they often swear to themselves while at work, and often do not finish the job. I do not blame the staff for this because I've learnt that they're badly paid, overworked, and not treated with respect by the management. I've got to admit that having this care is much better than not having it and that it has improved my life. I just feel sorry for the staff and if it weren't the council who were paying for them I do not think this company would survive. According to the staff reviews I've seen the company is much more interested in £££ than it is about caring.

Carers are lovely, can't complain. They have been coming in for 2 years now and although carers change they are all lovely girls. Never had any issues. Would recommend.

We love Home Care Plus. We have a close bond with all of our carers we couldn't ask for better people to take care of our mum. Go above and beyond always and most importantly make her feel at ease.

Care is excellent, extremely well-managed and co-ordinated. Highly professional and experienced staff who really care. I am delighted with the care my mum receives, her carer is amazing. I wish everyone who is in need of care could have my mum's carer.
