The service provides visiting care, live-in care, 24-hour care, nursing and nurse-led care, and waking and sleeping overnight support. Visiting care is available from 30 minutes per visit, with both short-term respite and ongoing, long-term care provided.
Hanslope Care Ltd supports people with a wide range of needs, including dementia, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, cancer, physical disabilities, learning disabilities and autism, visual and hearing impairments, and those requiring palliative or end-of-life care. Support is also available for people returning home following hospital discharge.
Personal care can include help with washing and dressing, toileting, continence care, medication, eating and drinking, and companionship. Staff can also assist with household tasks, including cleaning, laundry, food preparation, shopping, errands, and transportation.
For those requiring specialist support, nursing and nurse-led care includes PEG feeding, stoma care, wound dressing and catheter care. Care is delivered with a person-centred approach, recognising that every individual has different needs and wishes.

We have been supported by Hanslope Care for over a year, and I am incredibly grateful for the care and dedication they have shown my daughter.
My daughter has complex needs, so supporting her involves learning a detailed care routine, including her medication and PEG feeding. The staff work extremely hard to understand not only how to meet these needs safely, but also to really get to know her as an individual. That means a great deal to us as a family.
What stands out most is the person-centred approach of the team. They take a genuine interest in the things my daughter enjoys, love having fun with her and appreciate her sense of humour. At the same time, they recognise when she is tired, overwhelmed or simply needs calm and quiet, and they adapt their approach accordingly.
The staff are respectful, caring and keen to learn. They listen, take guidance on board and continue to adapt as my daughter's needs change. Knowing that gives us great reassurance.
