Barclay Specialist Care have been on incredible support to our family, we truly can't thank them enough for everything they do. Consistenly go above and beyond to ensure our family member receives the best care and support, tailored to his individual needs. The team show endless paitence, kindness and understanding with supporting day trips and holidays. Even though HQ is a good distance from us, every member knows and understands how to care for him. I couldn't ask for a better company to care for him and we are endlessly gratefull.
Been with Barclay's for a year now and we think they ar elovely and a wonderful company. Provides good, caring staff and a lovely care manager and nurse. We understand that some things need to be confidial so not always in the know but they always ease our worries. I couldn't imagine being with another care company as we fully trust them to care for my daughter
My Brother has been with Barclay Specialist Care for 4 years and as a family we are really happy. Great communication and they will go the extra step. The little personal touch's mean the most like birthday cards they send to my brother and Christmas gifts to all care staff. They are always available to speak to re concerns are fantastic. The quality of their service is outstanding and my friend benefits from a stable care team that really gets to know him.
The management and support staff are always available when needed, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Recently, they went above and beyond by securing a new heating system and bathroom for him after he hit a dead end with his landlord - something that wouldn't have been possible without their help.
In the past, dealing with care companies caused my friend significant stress but since moving to Barclays, he can now relax and focus on enjoying life, at last!
