Ocala Healthcare clearly understands that its most important asset is the care workers themselves. Ocala makes a huge effort to support and nurture their staff: examples are flexible shifts built around each carer's individual needs, ongoing training and fun social events.
Thank you for your review, and for recognising how important it is to us that we properly value the care team, who give so much of themselves.
Ocala Healthcare is an outstanding care company. They have been providing 24 hour care for our autistic adult daughter for the last 2.5 years and they do a wonderful job. All of their carers are excellent. As well as being highly professional they're great people and nice to be around. The management of the service is very efficient and flexible. We're very grateful for all that Ocala Healthcare does for our family.
Thank you for your very kind review! It is our honour to support your family.
Ocala have really gone over and above to ensure that my cousin receives good, person centred care in her own home. She has been enabled to live her life to the full, which has empowered her to try new things and find her own interests which are always supported and encouraged.
My cousin has had many care providers over the years, and it is great that we have finally found Ocala. By far the best care provider she has had and we can see this in both her physical and mental wellbeing.
Highly recommend.
Thank you for your very kind review Andy. It's very much appreciated. I have shared it with the team, as I know it will mean the world to them as well.
