My Ocala team is great. I have been with Ocala since 2022, and my life has improved greatly from that point onward. When my cousin found Ocala, I was hesitant initially, but through getting to know the team, I knew that my care was in trusted hands. I receive person-centred care, which has in turn promoted my confidence and resilience. In my past, I've worked with numerous care providers, but there remains no doubt that Ocala has been the best. I not only go on trips within this country, but with the support from family, I have been able to explore cruises and flying abroad.
i feel supported in the best way through all of my weekly activities...from acting to exercise, I doubt how any support could be better.

Ocala Healthcare has provided a team of care workers for last two years which has enabled client to move out of psychiatric hospital and to live in her own home. The team has had to deal with significant challenges, both mental and physical. At all times, the team has been professional, communicative, empathetic and supportive.
Ocala Healthcare clearly understands that its most important asset is the care workers themselves. Ocala makes a huge effort to support and nurture their staff: examples are flexible shifts built around each carer's individual needs, ongoing training and fun social events.

Ocala have really gone over and above to ensure that my cousin receives good, person centred care in her own home. She has been enabled to live her life to the full, which has empowered her to try new things and find her own interests which are always supported and encouraged.
My cousin has had many care providers over the years, and it is great that we have finally found Ocala. By far the best care provider she has had and we can see this in both her physical and mental wellbeing.
Highly recommend.
