In general terms, I am pleased with the care and support I receive and am happy to remain a service user with this company. The vast majority of staff are able to assist me independently, although recently the inability of some to understand basic English has been problematic, simplistic instructions
are often needed to be given on how to provide the necessary care required. Without exception, however, all the staff are friendly, kind and pleasant. All are able to engage in conversation and, with their help, allow me to maintain independent.

The care and assistance I am getting is second to none. I could not wish for more. I have not been refused any request, all the carers will try to do anything (within reason) that I need doing, including technical things that I cannot manage on my tablet or phone. They are all polite, willing to have
a try at most things, like opening jars and bottles. I have not met a miserable carer, they don't bring their troubles with them. I am always glad to see them, more often than not they ask if I want a cuppa and they never go without asking if I need any more jobs done.

Cara Care have provided an excellent service of care for my 90 year old mum. They are professional, friendly and caring. They are observant of any issues that may occur and bring them to the family's awareness. They have not missed a three day caring slot in the past two years of caring. Excellent team.

We’ve recently started using Cara Caring. I cannot fault the management or their team. The team take my husband to all his appointments amongst other things. Always on time and very polite and helpful.

I like having Cara Caring Services as my care company, they are always professional and friendly. They do their jobs well and are very approachable. They are always courteous and treat me with respect. They always make sure I have everything I need, and make sure that I am involved with my own care

I am so happy to have Cara Caring Services providing support for my sister. She is always pleased to see them and enjoys their help with household tasks, shopping and hobbies. They make her feel comfortable and safe and turn up with a smile, lots of patience and understanding. The staff are helpful
and compassionate and will sort out any queries that may arise. I feel that she is in safe hands.

They do what they say. Very professional and caring. Do up to and beyond their job. The staff are lovely, I looked on them as extra sons and daughters. Nothing was too much trouble. We looked forward to their arrival. I still get visits some months after my husband's death.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company, the care provided to my mum and the support offered to me during a very difficult few months can not be faulted. Unfortunately mum now has to go into residential care and they certainly will have to work very hard to even come close to the care we have become
used to. Even the ambulance service called to assist them when they found mum on the floor early one morning, were overcome with the care and compassion this company provided commenting " now that's what you call care". Keep doing what you're doing as the world would be a much poorer place without you. Thank you all.
