Excellent care company.
We are thrilled to hear you feel Helping Hands Warrington are an excellent care company and will be sure to pass on your kind feedback to the team.
Kindest regards
All the carers are good, doing everything requested. They arrive on time or close to it and do not rush you. Generally, they are gentle as they wash and dry you and always ensure you are ok before they leave. One carer regularly checks that your skin is not damaged in any way and warns you if there are any potential issues.
Helping Hands provide a wonderful service. The staff are all so caring and kind with my mum. Nothing is too much trouble which is both a great support for her and our family. We couldn't do without you! Thank you!
We initially became involved with Helping Hands following my mother having an operation and needing some support around medication, meals etc.
The manager and the team at Warrington were empathetic, supportive, and professional from our first meeting.
My mums care and meeting her needs appropriately were central to the service provided. Mums needs were regularly reviewed to ensure she had the care required.
The carers attending mum were kind, considerate and respectful. On the occasions I saw them interacting with mum, I was impressed not only by their caring skills but also by their friendliness towards my mother. Carers took time to find out what mum liked, to sit and talk to her, share the newspaper and support her in any way they could.
We could not have managed mums care without the support from Helping Hands and we thank them for being there for her.
Helping Hands literally changed our lives. The staff are amazing and my mum looks forward to every visit. They are so kind and considerate as well as being super efficient in everything they do. The help we have received has helped Mum stay at home and get her confidence back too. I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful care provider.
The care I receive is second to none. My dignity is maintained at all times but especially when receiving personal care. Also important is a good sense of humour and laughing about things during the visits. All the carers who visit me are caring, professional, knowledgeable about my specific medical issues and how it affects my care. My experience, over the last 5 years has been 100% positive. I would have no hesitation in recommending Helping Hands Home Care to anyone needing care at home.
The care company are only as good as the staff and right now we have excellent carers. When good staff leave or are forced to leave then you have to hope that you get good replacement staff. Of course, this is a continuous concern when you are in this position.
We wish to see the Warrington Team go for a National Award for the Best Home Care Service. Thank you all for your support.
Overall care is very good. My wife requires specialist care and compassion ate understanding of her needs. It is very difficult for her to communicate with anybody therefore it requires a familiarity with carers she knows and is comfortable with. My wife can sometimes get stressed when carers come that she is not familiar with and sometimes it takes time to calm her down. I understand it is not always possible to provide this continuity at weekends and holiday periods, but I trust that you can do your best to accommodate her.
