Sarah Cares were absolutely fantastic and looked after my Auntie so well. All of the girls were so professional, kind and caring at all times and nothing was too much trouble. When adjustments to care were required Sarah Cares always responded very quickly and put a new plan into place often with very little notice, with elderly relatives who require care their daily needs are constantly changing and Sarah Cares were always very accommodating. As a family we would highly recommend them as Carers, an excellent company to look after your loved ones

Sarah Cares provided daily support to my wife for a couple of years until she went into a care home. Their carers provided kind, professional and friendly support which was very much appreciated by both of us. The company is efficient to deal with and always responsive to our changing needs. My friend and ex-work colleague have marked short-term memory loss and back in 2023 it was clear that for her to remain at home she needed further support. A community matron gave me a list of agencies that might be able to help and I looked into a number of them. I feel extremely fortunate to have chosen Sarah Cares. The team of carers were endlessly patient and treated my friend with respect and love. Individually they were kind, thoughtful and caring. I was also impressed with the willingness of the management to make alterations to the number/length of visits often at very short notice. I was also given support, advice and help by the agency owner which was always in the best interests of my friend and not about making money. I can't recommend the agency highly enough.

Sarah Cares and her team supported and cared for my husband for a number of years. We found the office staff extremely flexible as my husband's needs changed over time. We began with three-morning visits a week and ended with three visits daily, seven days a week. Extra visits were provided as needed and carers were proactive in the way care was delivered. We considered ourselves very fortunate to have received the quality and level of care from carers who became friends. It enabled us both to remain in our much-loved home for several bonus years. Ultimately my husband needed 24/7 nursing care and even then the carers were exemplary in enabling that very difficult transition to be made. We are both so grateful to Sarah Cares and her well-trained, professional and above all compassionate team. I appreciated the holistic approach which always included concern for my well-being.

Sarah Cares has been amazing and we would have been lost without them! Originally Mum had two morning visits a week but, as she needed more help, this increased to two daily visits, plus a weekly hour’s companionship visit. If the family were away it was easy to have extra visits slotted in. All the carers are lovely, very supportive and helpful, and have done an amazing job, especially in these trying times with the worry of COVID. The office staff are fantastic and really helpful at arranging extra help for things like Mum getting a carer to accompany her to a medical or dental appointment. We really recommend Sarah Cares.

We have been using Sarah Cares to provide morning care for my mother-in-law who has dementia for the past two years. Quite simply they are excellent. They are caring, thorough and committed. The business owner is often directly involved and has built a trusting relationship. Both Dad and us really value their help and guidance in all aspects of mum's care. And they are totally reliable and communicate directly with us if they have any concerns so we are always in the loop, as we are not living locally. Highly recommended.

Sarah Cares looked after my mother for more than two years. All carers were excellent and their high standards allowed her to live as she wanted in her own home for as long as was possible. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this Agency.

In the last few weeks of Mum's life, the manager and her team came in for an hour in the morning to help get Mum washed and dressed. The carers were all totally charming, caring and sensitive to the situation. I couldn't recommend the agency more highly. Thank you for everything you did for Mum.
