Putting it bluntly, this is the worst care agency my mum as ever had, and this in comparison to 4 previous agencies, so we have long and varied experience.
Call times are all over the place, calls are missed, it's a double up call and frequently only 1 turns up.
Staff are inconsistent, most are inexperienced and have obviously not been briefed. Some are rude, to the point I had to exclude one from the call. Messy work, noisy, poor English, untidy, most don't wear a uniform, no id tags, dressed inappropriately, etc, etc.
Support from the "manager" is non existent and I've never been given a call rota schedule, despite often requesting it.
They were also appointed by the NHS chc, so how they manage to satisfy them is a mystery.

Overall, terrible.

If you've come to the reviews to determine which provider to choose, then I'll start with this; care of a parent is one of the most important elements for any child, there's alot of factors that can bring anxiety especially when entrusting a parent to effectively a strangers care.
All for you homecare takes those worries and converts that into confidence in care! The level of attention and care they provided my mum has made me really content with my decision to engage them as my mum's care providers.
The carers are all well trained, they are attentive and considerate as well as very professional which are all traits one looks for when making such a big decision. From my personal experience so far I can say the whole team are very dedicated to what they do and are always ready to help/assist!
