Worst service ever carers turn up outside of property sit in car for 15-20 minutes then go Inside see to patient for 5-10 minutes then leave (supposed to stay with patient for minimum of 1/2 hour ) they do not wash patient properly just a quick rub with damp cloth ADVISE patient to soil themselves they don't clean anywhere in their home and when there is 2 of them they speak loudly in their native language which makes patient uncomfortable and called themselves best care absolutely joke disgusting company

I have been with this care agency for nearly two years now and I have never been more grateful for all there help and support from all these staff members they are wonderful people who really care about me as a person I look forward to them coming to me as they always make me smile and feel well looked after I regard them as my extended family and I can't praise them enough

Can't express enough how professional and excellent staff the company employ would recommend the company to any one they come in my home I feel so safe and secure for my husbands care from this excellent care company wouldn't use any other I would like to say a big thankyou to all the team at best care

Just like to say my father has had Best Care carers since September 2023, can not fault them, they provide great care to my father and would recommend them to all. The whole experience has been fantastic, all staff are professional and caring, five stars.

My carers are great, the only thing is they move them constantly, they should stay in the same area as a service user. We get used to the same carers treating me with care and dignity, they should not be moved to different places.

Extremely pleased with all the care given. Always arrive on time, very pleasant, patient, and caring. Always maintain my brother's privacy and dignity and treat him with respect at all times. Always cheerful and courteous.

The office staff always try to accommodate extra visits if needed. They carry out the care with respect of persons in a quiet, efficient but caring manner.

They are always cheery and interested in our daily plans. My husband is involved as much as he is able. He enjoys a bit of banter revolving mainly around food and drink, his favourite subjects. They always leave him comfortable and well cared for, things he needs close to hand before wishing us both a cheery goodbye. A well-deserved five-star rating.

A member of staff in the office is very responsive and will always try to accommodate requests/changes/concerns etc.

We are very pleased with the service your carers provide for my mother. Carers are always on time and never miss a visit which is great piece of mind for us. They always let me know of any barriers that may impact on the care they provide for Mum, e.g. when medication or consumables are due to run out or suggestions on how we can help to improve Mum's quality of life.

The service provided by Best Care Liverpool has been a real lifeline for my mum and our family. We’ve had a few hiccups along the way as this was the first care arrangement we’ve needed and as a family, we were all learning what this meant in reality but fortunately, both the carers and the managers are receptive to feedback and have worked with us to ensure Mum is given care relevant to her changing needs and are mindful of ensuring Mum is treated with dignity and care - which is so important to us all. Mum particularly likes that a couple of the carers like to chat as much as she does as this can be the highlight of her day. I’d have no hesitation recommending this team to others looking to support a loved one.

I am happy with the work of the carers, they all do a good job looking after my mum, apart from a couple a while back who said they couldn't take mum in from the TV room to the living room because they weren't insured.

My partner is cared for by St Helens Best Care Liverpool. He has a great team looking after him but today they outdid themselves. Today as a family, we celebrated our grandson's 25th birthday, who had sadly passed away. I needed my partner to be put in his wheelchair for a dove release. They arranged for the carers to call out of their time to do this for us, putting themselves out to help so now I would like to personally thank them for making this day special. Best Care Liverpool, you should be so proud of your carers because I know they are second to none. Thank you once again.

Best Care Liverpool is 100 per cent. All the care people that come are amazing, always pleasant, 100 per cent dedicated to their job. They are all so amazing. They are always happy lads and take their job with great joy - never had anyone like this care - brilliant service.

I have been using Best Care staff now since May 2023 and I have been impressed with the care provided. The staff are polite and friendly, I have a good rapport with the staff that take care of me, we enjoy their company as well as their expertise in caring for me. I highly recommend Best Care to anybody who needs first-class care with an emphasis on excellence in the care of anyone.

It's all good, they are without doubt the best carers my dad has ever had. Understanding of him the way they treat him. The interaction, with my also. I've learnt from their help with my dad. Things nobody has ever shown me before. My dad can also share a joke and smiles when they come to see him. Friendly, caring, warm, trustworthy. That part, the trust, is the most important part for me as his son. As I've never left my dad with a sitter since I've been his carer. And that's over 10 years. So for me to find a service like that. And my dad to be comfortable with somebody else being with him. So I can do shopping and do my learning course. Then I cannot say how much I appreciate you all. So thank you. Big thanks.

This team started in March of this year and they are a brilliant team. They are very helpful and caring and my dad likes them. They are very polite and cheerful and they make my dad laugh when they are changing him. Thank you guys from me.
