My first date for service in the home was in dispute due to no time specified to client (me). Confirmation that I didn't know when exactly to expect the assistance is that I telephoned the office at about 1520 hours to be advised that their lady had already been. The second expected assistance for 1200hrs the employee had been booked twice, same time different clients. She managed to be only half an hour late to me. She has a pleasant personality, and common sense even when under stress and overall a pleasure to have in one's home. No employee should be stressed due to a lack of proper organisation. She confirmed to me that her first visit she arrived at 1150hrs; in view of this I requested her to get in touch with me as she should not be out of pocket. The confusion was not of her making. Her care in my home was 5 star.

My mum has been with Camli Care for three years. When we first contacted the manager, we needed emergency care to allow my mum to stay in her home as that was what she wanted to do. At an emotional time, the manager was kind, wise and said “don’t worry we will look after your mum until the end” which is in actuality what happened. The manager and her team have been reliable, flexible and kept us informed. They have gone out of their way to pick up prescriptions and contact the doctors. They have allowed Mum dignity and supported her wishes. As a small company, we could always contact someone if needed. We are very grateful for the carers' kindness and support. We would definitely recommend the agency. Thank you.

Outstanding care, very professional, care provided to my grandad who has dementia, they made him feel at ease, and happy within his own house. Very happy with all the staff, and the office team who made it very easy to fill all his needs.
Camli Care has been providing a full home care package for my mother for the past year. The service and care provided is second to none. The carers contact their management if they have any concerns and a follow-up visit by a senior carer to ensure all is well. There has never been a missed call and mother receives four calls a day. Overall, an excellent service where care and communication is provided to a high standard. I have no qualms in highly recommending the service to anyone.
