Clements Rogers cared for my mum for a couple of years, the care they deliver is exceptional they always went above and beyond for my mum. The whole team are so caring and supportive I really don't know what we all would have done without them.I can't praise them enough for everything they did while caring for mum. Communication is key and I myself was always kept upto date with my mums changing needs.I cannot recommend them enough the service is outstanding.

all I can say is the care and compassion they gave my auntie was exceptional they went over and above the help she need I could not have coped with out every thing they did nothing was to much trouble I would just like to say thank you so much.

I would certainly use this company again if I needed further care.

I can't praise Clemence Rogers carers and staff enough. I've used them for several years to help my elderly mum who has mixed dementia. They are caring and kind and have been a life saver for me as I live a long distance away so can only visit once or twice a week. They give her medication, help her with meals as well as support for her memory issues. If the pharmacy don't deliver her medication on time, they'll even go and collect it. Both my mum and I now have peace of mind that she's safe and cared for when I can't be there.

We have used Clemence Rogers Home care for a number of years now to provide care for mum so we can have holidays, emergency break cover etc. All staff provide wonderful caring service. They treat mum with respect and maintain her dignity. Mum looks forward to their visits and always refers to them as lovely lasses.

Clemance Rogers cared for my parents for approx 2yrs until their needs became more complex and they moved into a care home. My parents were in their 90s, very independent, and quite reluctant to accept help. However, they quickly adapted to a new routine and soon became very fond of the girls who supported them. They were always treated with care and respect, and enjoyed the chats and good humour. We were always kept very well informed, from their requests for sweets, to their more serious medical requirements, and we were confident they were safe and well cared for. Clemance Rogers were recommended to me by a friend who hired them to care for her mother in law. They were very helpful from our first enquiry, always reliable, informative and caring, and would have continued with their services had circumstances allowed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and was grateful to them for the help and support they provided.

My dad is 84 years old and in 2020 we discovered he had alzheimers. We were recommended Clemence Rogers by two existing service users. I rang them and arranged a visit by a care manager. We discussed dads needs and plans were put in place. Every six months we have a review and plans are altered where necessary. The carers themselves are fantastic, always go over and above their duties and treat dad with dignity and respect.

I have only been with the company since the beginning of October but have found them all extremely caring and supportive of me when I have a bad day and can hardly walk. I am treated with dignity when I have shower or need creams put on. My three carers are all good and the office staff have been great since I first joined the company. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for someone to care for them.

Clemence Rogers undertook daily care visits to my dad for 2 and a half years to help him shower and get ready for bed. This support was alongside care he received from his family. The level of care provided by Clemence Rogers was of a consistently very high standard. They were not only incredibly skilled at providing sensitive personal care but always showed empathy, understanding and compassion. Dad looked forward to their visits and enjoyed the chats and humour that he shared with them. The carers communicated effectively with each other thereby ensuring they were all up to date regarding his gradually changing needs. Furthermore, they engaged well family members to whom they were very supportive in many ways. Respect and discretion was shown at all times and I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of them, the service was outstanding.

The team at Homecare provided exceptional care for my mother-in-law over a two-year period. They were always punctual, attentive, and consistently went above and beyond to meet her needs. Their dedication and compassion were truly outstanding. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
