Kerry has worked in the care industry for over 16 years. Kerry started as a care worker in a care home setting and then progressed into a management position after many training courses and diplomas at Level 5 management level.

Kerry decided that Domiciliary care was the route she wanted to take for her career as she thinks 1-2-1 care is more effective.

Kerry has been the Manager at Clemence Rogers Home Care since day one. She has a great understanding of good quality care and ensures that this is something she looks out for when recruiting new members of the team so that this can be delivered to the service users.

Kerry's 16 years of care experience includes elderly care, Learning disabilities, Support work, Care Recruitment and care management.

Kerry joined Gary and Wendy at Clemence Rogers Home Care in the hope of creating a company that makes a difference and 6 years later it is safe to say that goal has been achieved.

Aimee is the Supervisor at Clemence Rogers Home Care.

Aimee has worked in care for 11 years, 6 of these being with Clemence Rogers Home Care.

Upon starting with the company Aimee was a care worker supporting service users in the community and has worked her way up to a Supervisor position.

Aimee is what you may call the 'face of the company' upon booking an assessment Aimee is the one who will attend the property of the service user and complete the FREE consultation.

Aimee is polite and friendly and always remains professional in her role.
Aimee has lived in Doncaster all her life and dedicated her adult life to helping the community that needs/wants care.

Aimee has a great professional relationship with all the service users and staff and ensures that all care standards are met to a high level.

Karen is the Team Leader at Clemence Rogers Home Care.

Starting off at the company in 2019, Karen was a care worker who supported clients out in the community.

Although Karen loves the 'hands-on' care work she was also keen to progress after working in care for 16 years. Karen became the new Team Leader at Clemence Rogers in March 2024 and has transitioned into her new role smoothly and efficiently.

Karen's Job is to support the staff by completing spot checks and also visiting service users to complete quality reviews.

Working in both the community and the office Karen has a great understanding of supporting everyone who works for and uses Clemence Rogers Home Care Services.

Wendy worked as a pharmacist for over 30 years before undertaking her master's in Advanced Clinical Practice and now locums in GP surgeries seeing patients.

Wendy worked in the same pharmacy for 11 years and realised her regular patients were often struggling with day-to-day activities at home such as cooking, cleaning and taking their medication correctly and wanted regular, reliable support of a high standard. She completed her NVQ level 5 in Health and Social Care and established Clemence Rogers Homecare.

Wendy and her team pride themselves in providing consistent high-quality care to their clients, with her experience with medication she is able to provide expert advice and guidance to staff, clients and their families in this area.
