Heather has worked in care for 32 years in various fields of care. In 2014 Heather decided there was a better way to run a care company so set up Dell Care. Since then she has gained her level 5 NVQ in health and social care and received good in all areas on her first CQC inspection in 2017 and CQC has had no concerns since doing a re-inspection. Heather still remains hands-on with attending care calls with the clients as well as running the company
Julie has worked in care for 22 years in various fields. She joined Dell Care in 2015 as a care assistant and has since completed her NVQ level 5 in health and social care and worked up to the role of assistant manager. Julie helped Dell Care in gaining a rating of good across the board on their first CQC inspection in 2017. She is a popular member of the team with all clients and staff members
Gwyneth is a part-time member of the team. She has worked in care for around 30 years in various roles, including being a care coordinator. Gwyneth holds a level 4 NVQ in health and social care. She is a well-liked member of the team and is always willing to help out when needed
