Dell Care have supported me for a few years now. They started just with domestic help and as my needs changed, they adapted the care. I now have visits daily that range from help in my home, taking me shopping, food and drink preparation, trips out shopping and some companionship. I look forward to
seeing my carer and she is always happy to help me. I would definitely recommend Dell Care to anyone who needs some support as they have never let me down.

My father-in-law has been having his carers visit him for a few years now. As a family we are very happy with the help he has and feel he is in safe hands. He seems much happier since they have started.

Excellent care provided to my Dad. The manager and staff are always helpful and supportive. Dad enjoys the visits from the carers. They are aware of Dad's care needs and are reliable and caring. They look after Dad and ensure he is happy.

Dell Care provided flexible and professional care services for both my father and mother. Dell were able to respond to our family needs within 24 hours and provided ongoing care for over 1 year to both my parents. My brother and I were updated on a regular basis and Dell provided us with the flexibility
to increase the care required and for our parents to remain in their home. I would certainly recommend Dell Care to anyone requiring in home care assistance, whether an hourly pop-in service or end-of-life care.

My wife has been having care provided by Dell Care for quite a few years now and mainly had two different carers attending her daily visits. The carers that come have all been very caring and compassionate to my wife's needs and I feel relaxed leaving her in their capable hands while I go out to work.
The management are also very approachable and always willing to help where possible. I'd recommend Dell Care to anyone needing care for a loved one.

My 95-year-old mother-in-law needed regular care at home after hip replacement surgery.

Dell Care looked after my mother and father-in-law during the last months of their lives and helped them to both remain in their own home for as long as was safe to do so. During their time assisting my in-laws the staff attending were always on time, polite, friendly and professional within the roles.
Me and my wife always felt happy knowing the parents were in safe hands. If we ever had any questions or needed to speak with the manager we either got a response straight away or within a short time period. If the time comes that my own parents ever need help I wouldn't hesitate in contacting Dell Care.

I've been a client of Dell Care for almost nine years now having previously used other care companies. During this time I have had many lovely carers including my main carer. They all go above and beyond to make my life easier and happier. Nothing is too much trouble and I know they genuinely do care.
When assisting me with personal care I never feel embarrassed or ashamed and everything is done to a very high standard, which really helps my obsessive-compulsive disorder. Any housework tasks, cooking and cleaning are also done to a very high standard and when friends or family visit they always comment on how lovely the house looks. So if you are looking for a care company that treats you with kindness and dignity, respects your personal choices and brightens up your day with their individual sense of humour, then look no further you have found it.

Dell Care have been fantastic in caring for my dad and can be relied on totally. They are very punctual attentive, knowledgeable, caring and professional.
My dad is a very proud and independent man but now needs additional help to enable him to remain in his own home. Dell Care has made this a problem
free solution and he looks forward to their visits.
Dad feels he can ask them for help with things generally and he enjoys the companionship whilst they are visiting.
I would certainly recommend Dell Care to anyone looking for a very professional home care service provider.

Dellcare provided an excellent support service and communicated well to ensure Mum’s care needs were covered. They never let us down and accompanied Mum to appointments when the family was not available to take her.

Dell Care provided excellent care for my mother. They were always reliable and kept me informed with a weekly email of their planned visit times which helped tremendously with keeping my mum happy as with Dementia she needed continuity and reassurance that someone would be attending and likewise gave
me great peace of mind. I can truly say I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dell Care to anyone who is looking for someone to care for themselves or a family member.

Heather has worked in care for 32 years in various fields of care. In 2014 Heather decided there was a better way to run a care company so set up Dell Care. Since then she has gained her level 5 NVQ in health and social care and received good in all areas on her first CQC inspection in 2017 and CQC has had no concerns since doing a re-inspection. Heather still remains hands-on with attending care calls with the clients as well as running the company
