The care is very good and proper time and attention given to the patient is always with dignity and respect. I am always able to express my opinions and judgment and, if appropriate, these are put into place and acted upon. We couldn't do without this help and are very satisfied.

Dell Care have supported me for a few years now. They started just with domestic help and as my needs changed, they adapted the care. I now have visits daily that range from help in my home, taking me shopping, food and drink preparation, trips out shopping and some companionship. I look forward to seeing my carer and she is always happy to help me. I would definitely recommend Dell Care to anyone who needs some support as they have never let me down.

My father-in-law has been having his carers visit him for a few years now. As a family we are very happy with the help he has and feel he is in safe hands. He seems much happier since they have started.

Dell Care looked after my mother and father-in-law during the last months of their lives and helped them to both remain in their own home for as long as was safe to do so. During their time assisting my in-laws the staff attending were always on time, polite, friendly and professional within the roles. Me and my wife always felt happy knowing the parents were in safe hands. If we ever had any questions or needed to speak with the manager we either got a response straight away or within a short time period. I've been a client of Dell Care for almost nine years now having previously used other care companies. During this time I have had many lovely carers including my main carer. They all go above and beyond to make my life easier and happier. Nothing is too much trouble and I know they genuinely do care. When assisting me with personal care I never feel embarrassed or ashamed and everything is done to a very high standard, which really helps my obsessive-compulsive disorder. Any housework tasks, cooking and cleaning are also done to a very high standard and when friends or family visit they always comment on how lovely the house looks.
