Excellent friendly service. All the carers that visit my mum are well trained and truly care - nothing is too much trouble. We are happy with Willow Care North Shropshire and would highly recommend them.

This company was meant to be helping me for the last few months due to health problems they are one of the worst companies I've known. Most of the carers don't turn up and when they do they just sit down on their phones. They can't wash up to save their lives and when I've complained to the office I just get spoken to like dirt and get told what do you expect me to do. It's disgusting the way they treat their clients, there is only a small handful of carers that are actually decent. This company and most of the staff especially shouldn't be allowed anywhere near vulnerable people but get away with it.
