Dependable Home Care Services

The carers are generally kind hearted people who give a good service to my mother. My mother is 95yrs of age, very frail, and with very limited sight and hearing.
The management of this company is deplorable, when I have attempted to raise issues with them, their response has been "we offer a service and you have to live with it".
Staff often arrive late and leave early because they are not given travelling time. We often receive Carers who have not seen my mother for some time or have never met her. They try their best and are very well meaning but this is not the service that she needs, or deserves. If I was not at home to give advice/direction and pick up things that are missed, my Mother would be, in my opinion, quite badly neglected.
In the 1 year that my mother has been living with me I have only managed to speak to a member of management twice. They now never return my calls or respond to voice mails.

I would not recommend this company to any one!!
