Our granddaughter received care from 2 of the carers who had great compassion and care for her needs. They were very calm and provided a caring structure for her. She enjoyed their presence in her life.

We have an amazing career for our Autistic 8 year old who has built an amazing relationship and trust with him. This gives us full confidence that our son will be supported, looked after and loved when in his care.


The individual carer is outstanding and we could not rate him more highly.


The

agency itself could be better at arranging sessions particularly in holidays but otherwise is good.

Our Carer from Axis is absolutely brilliant. We tried a few carers before we went through Axis and hadn't found anyone able to support my son and keep him calm. They are reliable, caring and has initiative. My son absolutely loves him having hated everyone else. I'm now able to spend time with my other
children or we can go out as a family with them supporting my son to access parts of life he was previously unable to participate in. We couldn't ask for more and are so grateful for the support

The carer has been supporting our son, for the past year and we honestly couldn't ask for a better carer.
He has such a calm, polite, and patient nature, which makes a huge difference in our son, whether they're going for walks, spending time together, or working through challenging moments, he is
always steady and kind.
Our son really trusts him and feels at ease around him which says a lot. It's clear that he genuinely cares and takes the time to connect in a meaningful way.

We feel incredibly lucky to have had our Axis healthcare carer as a part of our son's life. He is kind, caring, and genuinely wonderful with our child-not only building a strong, trusting relationship with him, but also fitting seamlessly into our family. His calm and thoughtful approach helps our son
feel safe, understood, and happy.


Our carer is also fantastic with our other children-he's patient, engaging, and always attentive to their individual needs. He's reliable, consistent, and someone we trust wholeheartedly. It's clear that he truly cares about the children he works with, and that makes all the difference.

Our daughter enjoys going out with her carer. If I say one of them will be with us soon. She will keep looking out the window for them. They have fun together and she is looked after well. This is from Tuesday 29 July.

Axis Healthcare have been supporting my elderly step mum for several months now, and we've been really happy with the service. The carers are always kind, respectful, and take their time with her, which has made a huge difference to her comfort and confidence at home.
She looks forward to their visits
and has even built a lovely bond with one of the regular carers. They help with personal care and medication, but also take the time to chat and make her feel valued-not rushed or just another job on the list.
As a family, it's a big weight off our shoulders knowing that she's in safe hands. Communication from the office is also great-always polite and responsive. Would definitely recommend Axis to anyone looking for home support for a loved one

My son (14 yr) has learning disability and special needs. He is non-verbal. Axis have supported a carer for him for the past year. He is a very caring and kind carer for my son. He is always pleasant (which my son needs to see to feel confident), has developed a close rapport with my son, and takes
my son out for outdoor activities. My son feels comfortable with him. His communication is good and he always updates us on his schedule. We are very happy with him as our son's carer.

I am very pleased with the carers as they are both fantastic with my son. Another one is another carer, but unfortunately, she has only ever been three times in the last 6 months since you started.
