Drury Healthcare supported my mum for 18 months while she was living with terminal cancer, and I cannot thank them enough. From the very beginning, the care was compassionate, professional, and deeply respectful.

My mum had a live-in carer who stayed with her until her final day, and the dedication

shown was extraordinary. Deana and her team treated my mum with genuine kindness, dignity, and love - not just as a patient, but as a person.

Deana went above and beyond by taking full responsibility for organising healthcare equipment and adapting my mum's apartment to make it safe for her declining mobility. She handled everything, lifting a huge weight from our family and allowing us to focus on being with my mum.

Knowing my mum was safe, comfortable, and cared for with such warmth gave us peace during an incredibly difficult time. The care she received allowed her to remain at home and pass with dignity. I would wholeheartedly recommend Drury Healthcare for live-in or end-of-life care

We have worked with several care agencies during the course of my partner's mother's illness, and Drury Healthcare has been outstanding in comparison. Their team has consistently demonstrated professionalism, compassion, efficiency, and a proactive approach to care, all of which have contributed significantly
to ensuring the best possible quality of life for my mother-in-law. On the occasions where issues have arisen, they have been addressed promptly and effectively, with swift adjustments made to care plans and rotas as required. We have been extremely impressed with their responsiveness and commitment to high-quality, person-centred care.

Drury Healthcare was recommended to me to provide me with care for my mother. My mother was having Palliative Care and the Staff and Management provided me with everything that was needed. All the staff and management were extremely professional, understanding and sympathetic.

Their care was top

notch. I would not have had anyone else to do this for me.

Drury Healthcare are the best.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 5.000 for Drury Healthcare Ltd is calculated as follows: ( (24 Excellents x 5) ) ÷ 24 Ratings = 5

The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Drury Healthcare Ltd is based on 4 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.25 = 4.25
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
