Complete Care Chesterfield have been providing all-round care for my grandmother for the last few weeks now and so far I am beyond pleased with how the staff have taken care of her. My grandmother is bed-bound and her health is deteriorating and the carers cannot do enough for her as well as always
managing to put a smile on her face, she genuinely looks
forward to her visits which is lovely to see. I have been most impressed with the attentiveness of the carers who always keep us as a family up to date with any changes they may notice in my grandmother, whether this be in her mood or appetite etc. which is very reassuring when we cannot always be there. I highly recommend Complete Care and would like to thank all of the professional and friendly staff who help to take of my grandmother and make her as comfortable as possible.

My friend is in receipt of care at home, this is provided by Complete Care Chesterfield.
The staff carry out their duties extremely well. The staff are very aware of my friend's needs, and do everything possible to ensure they fulfill those needs.
The caring staff are also observant with regards to
any changes in my friends condition and notify members of the family. If medical intervention is required, they will also instigate this, via the correct channel. They do not hurry in and out, they spend time making sure my friend is comfortable, safe and has everything they require. They are care.

My mum had previously received care from Complete Care Chesterfield a few years ago but due to a long stay in hospital, she lost her place and had to have a different care provider.
Both mum and us as a family had been really pleased with the care provided by Complete Care at that time.
After another
recent lengthy stay in hospital, mum is now receiving care again from Complete Care and we couldn't be more pleased.
Mum's health has deteriorated recently and the care she is receiving is amazing. The carers are so polite and friendly and above all, they are patient and so caring with mum.
Mum says that she feels really cared for and safe with her carers and that's so important for her and for us as a family.
I really couldn't recommend Complete Care enough and that includes the office team too. Thank you to you all.

The staff are very kind, professional and polite. They provide support both practical and emotional for my mum. The team there keep both me and my family informed of any changes to Mum's health and well-being. A special mention to the senior carer who is superb, but overall the whole team are exceptional.
