His career began as a Care Worker, and through dedication, continuous learning, and a passion for improving people's lives, he progressed through various roles including Senior Carer, Care Coordinator, Supervisor, Registered Manager, Responsible Individual, and Director.
Having worked at all levels within the care sector, Anil possesses a deep understanding of frontline care delivery, operational management, regulatory compliance, workforce development, and service improvement. This extensive hands-on experience enables him to understand the challenges faced by both care staff and service users and to develop practical solutions that improve outcomes.
Anil holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and a Master's Degree in Management, combining practical care experience with strong leadership and business management expertise.
As the Director and Responsible Individual of NDH Group, Anil has successfully grown and managed multiple care services, supporting hundreds of individuals across different communities. He has extensive experience in CQC compliance, local authority commissioning, safeguarding, quality assurance, business development, and organisational leadership.
