As a family we have all been really pleased with the care and kindness shown by PSA carer's to our mother over the last 7 months. The visit's last the allotted time and carer's are quick to make contact if they are concerned about anything. Whenever we have needed to discuss any aspects of care this has been quickly actioned through the office staff by email or telephone. Any issue's we have had have been minor and readily addressed by the team. The link they provide allows you to see what daily care has been given including food and medication which is very reassuring.
From my experience I would have no hesitation in recommending them as a service.

I have asked for flexibility a couple of times I.E earlier or later and it's been accommodated. Basically I'm happy.

Overall we're really pleased with the service provided by psa home care team. We are very pleased with the all the carers are provided by psa home care team. My mother is comfortable with all the carers too. She gets used to regular faces & feels very comfortable. The carers we had in the past from last agency were not as reliable and some time they never informed us if they were coming late. The previous carer's company let us down on few occasions. With PSA we're very pleased. If the carers were to come late for any reason the psa would phone me to let us know that the carers would be little late. That is so pleasing to know.
I would recommend psa to anyone for their care & services.
