Overall Experience
Overall we're really pleased with the service provided by psa home care team. We are very pleased with the all the carers are provided by psa home care team. My mother is comfortable with all the carers too. She gets used to regular faces & feels very comfortable. The carers we had in the past from last agency were not as reliable and some time they never informed us if they were coming late.
The previous carer's company let us down on few occasions.
With PSA we're very pleased.
If the carers were to come late for any reason the psa would phone me to let us know that the carers would be little late. That is so pleasing to know.

I would recommend psa to anyone for their care & services.
