Fervid Healthcare have been providing 4 daily visits for my Uncle, and my Aunt previous to this for several years.
I have always been happy with standards of care provided by Donald and his team.
Communication is excellent, and on occasions where extra support has been required, I do find that
they go above and beyond to support this.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Fervid Healthcare as a provider.

I have been using Fervid Healthcare Ltd since August 2024 to care for my Mum and when my Dad became unwell in February 2025 they started to care for him too. They provide a full care service which includes personal care, administering medication and providing meals when required.  The care staff are
lovely and Mum and Dad feel very comfortable with them and are happy with the care they provide. We have set times for the care visits and the carers are always very punctual.  The management of their care is exceptional too and if I need any changes making to their care plans or medication, I only have to send a message and it is sorted immediately.  I also have access to the care system and I can log in and see what care and medication has been given and also which carers are on the rota.  I would have no hesitation in recommending Fervid Healthcare to anyone who  requires care in their own home.

Fervid Care provide an excellent service.
Carers and managers are very helpful and supportive.
Nothing is too much trouble for them.
Staff and managers respond promptly to calls and texts.
I have met a number of carers when I have visited my uncle in his own home.
I have seen how caring and
helpful the carers are. I thoroughly recommend Fervid Care for care services.
