We have been blessed with Fervid Healthcare as carers for mum for a few years now and have been extremely happy with their services. The carers are all very professional and attentive to mums needs as well as always being punctual, friendly and supportive to dads needs as well as mums (dad is mums main carer). He looks forward to their visits and social support they provide. They truly are a CARING company with little touches like bringing flowers on mums birthday and Christmas cards / gifts that makes them feel more like family than carers! Thank you Donald and team!

My sister and I chose Fervid to provide care for my mum in Feb 2024 as a result of problems with the previous care givers. Mum was bed bound but carers would wash dress and feed her and take her to the lounge for the day. She needed 4 visits a day as a result of her advanced MS condition. Meeting Donald to start the service up was a pleasure, he explained everything very well and provided an excellent assessment and coordinated well with the social services and district nurses and doctor. My sister lives in USA and I live 200 miles from mum. Donald and team were so very good giving updates and being proactive regarding medicines approaching the pharmacy when supplies were low or if needed, touching base with the GP surgery. They were very patient and caring for my mum. Going out of their way to provide care. They showed great dignity and respect for mum's partner, who up until recently also received care from Fervid. mum passed away in Feb 2025, I am glad we chose Fervid

I have been using Fervid Healthcare Ltd since August 2024 to care for my Mum and when my Dad became unwell in February 2025 they started to care for him too. They provide a full care service which includes personal care, administering medication and providing meals when required.  The care staff are lovely and Mum and Dad feel very comfortable with them and are happy with the care they provide. We have set times for the care visits and the carers are always very punctual.  The management of their care is exceptional too and if I need any changes making to their care plans or medication, I only have to send a message and it is sorted immediately.  I also have access to the care system and I can log in and see what care and medication has been given and also which carers are on the rota.  I would have no hesitation in recommending Fervid Healthcare to anyone who  requires care in their own home.
