We have been using Olive Leaf for just over a year. We have a wonderful small team who care for our daughter. In July we needed some extra care and the team went above and beyond to make sure that our needs were met. We knew that she was in good hands being well cared for. For various reasons, our daughter's
routine has changed a lot over the last month and our team have stepped up to the mark making sure she was comforted when needed and had a familiar face caring for her. We really appreciate everything the staff at Olive Leaf do for not just our daughter but us as a family.

In terms of my overall quality of care input I receive from Olive Leaf Bradley Stoke, I don't agree but I don't disagree with. To put things into perspective, there are a handful of care workers for this provider, who I won't specify who are sometimes abrupt and unprofessional in how they conduct themselves
to myself and oftentimes they drop my medication onto my floor and force me to go to my local pharmacy to have the wasted tablets disposed, which I will not condone or tolerate. Also, there have noticeably been increasing numbers of care emergencies within the past year and every time one occurs, I'm never informed, sometimes don't get assistance or at the right time, so the continuity for this is down the drain.

Olive Lead staff have been very supportive and helpful. They will let me know if Mum needs medication ordered or any shopping she needs. They are very easy to talk to if we have a problem. Thank you.

We have found the care to be good. Some carers see it as a job, and others are really carers and treat the client as they would their family member.
The only downside is too many different carers older people need to get to know the carer so need someone regularly.

Our goal is to always have continuity of care for our service users. However, during the Covid-19 pandemic, the constant change in carers was unforeseen due to Public Health England's Guidance around the isolation rules, which we adhere to and also that we ensure that we kept both our service users and staff safe without having a break in the care that we provided.
With the high number of vaccination uptake, continuity of care has greatly improved.

Olive Leaf Health care solutions came highly recommended to me by another user. I have been using them for several months to provide care for my husband, who has complex needs including dementia. Olive Leaf was able to provide us with the same two carers, and this consistency was important to us. It
is so reassuring to have such competent, professional carers who treat him as an individual and with kindness and respect. The management of the agency has been highly organised and proactive and also, supportive to myself at a challenging time. Thie documentation is thorough, and their systems exemplary. I would not hesitate to recommend Olive Leaf.

We are very pleased with the standard of care provided by friendly staff and the support of management. All carers have provided very good and sustained care, and some have proved to be prepared to go out of their way to look after my husband. I appreciate being informed if carers are likely to be late,
but this doesn't happen often. Grateful thanks to all staff.
