I felt that the care staff had good timekeeping in general. In general the care staff knew their jobs and understood what to do. If there were changes to what to do I would let them know e.g. if cream needs to be applied this part of leg then they understand.

We are very thankful for the support and care that has been provided for my dad. His carer goes above and beyond to ensure my dad feels looked after and cared for - always on hand whatever is needed. Very professional, friendly and patient. Words cannot express how grateful we are.

When I needed help or if it was an emergency and I couldn't cope, the manager or my carers came to my aid quickly.

My Dad is receiving the best possible care. He is kept clean and comfortable and he responds well to the carers' kind faces when being fed. We couldn't ask for anything more during this difficult time.

The manager and his team always do their best to keep my dad comfortable and happy to the best of their capabilities. They are great at keeping me updated of everything happening and try to solve problems as they arise. The manager is always available (I think he needs to rest more) to help in any feasible way. My family & I appreciate the dedication of the care team and although my dad can be challenging at times if he is frustrated or in pain, they remain calm and respectful.

When my partner became bed bound I was unable to care for him myself. It was a hospice who organised carers to help with my partner's personal hygiene. The two carers were excellent. They came twice a day. They were always on time, very polite, efficient and gave me a lot of helpful advice. They looked after my partner for 2 weeks until he sadly passed away. Thank you for all your help.

The 2 carers that we have had have been so caring and compassionate with my dad. They have been a god send in a time that is difficult they have provided the support and care needed. My mum never wanted anyone coming in to look after my dad but these 2 individuals have certainly changed her perspective. We can't speak highly enough of them. Thank you.

Pamir's carers provide very kind and considerate care for my mother. They work tirelessly to make her comfortable, keep her clean, and fed, and make sure she takes her medication. They keep us updated about how she is, how well she's eating, and her general outlook. As a family, we enjoy peace of mind and we have every confidence in Pamir Homecare.

Two carers in particular have been a huge and much-needed help. They've treated my husband with kindness and dignity, as he is at his all-time most vulnerable. Cleaning him, changing him, tending to him, and ensuring he is comfortable. We are very thankful as a family for their care.
