The carers are very friendly and professional. They are providing excellent care for my father, who feels comfortable working with them. Their daily help has provided much-needed assistance for my mother, which is much appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone who requires care for a family member.

The manager from the start called me to give me the assurance that the team were on standby to support my father upon hospital discharge. Since then he has coordinated with me to have person centred care in place and has been very friendly and efficient. My father really likes the manager and the carers
put in place for my dad. The manager has a solution focused approach and is proactive to get things done smoothly and with transparency. I feel that my dad is safe and happy with this new support in place and the carers respect his dignity and choices.

The carers are very kind and patient with my father. They make sure he is kept as comfortable as possible and encourage him to eat and drink regularly.

When my partner became bed bound I was unable to care for him myself. It was a hospice who organised carers to help with my partner's personal hygiene. The two carers were excellent. They came twice a day. They were always on time, very polite, efficient and gave me a lot of helpful advice. They looked
after my partner for 2 weeks until he sadly passed away. Thank you for all your help.

The 2 carers that we have had have been so caring and compassionate with my dad. They have been a god send in a time that is difficult they have provided the support and care needed. My mum never wanted anyone coming in to look after my dad but these 2 individuals have certainly changed her perspective.

Pamir's carers provide very kind and considerate care for my mother. They work tirelessly to make her comfortable, keep her clean, and fed, and make sure she takes her medication. Two carers in particular have been a huge and much-needed help. They've treated my husband with kindness and dignity, as he is at his all-time most vulnerable. Cleaning him, changing him, tending to him, and ensuring he is comfortable. We are very thankful as a family for their care.
