At SW Domiciliary Care, we provide high-quality home care in Cheltenham, with pricing that is clear, fair and easy to understand. Local families deserve confidence not only in the standard of care delivered, but also in how care is costed from the outset.
The cost of home care in Cheltenham depends on individual circumstances. This includes the type of support required, how often care is delivered, and the level of assistance needed. We offer flexible care options, from short support visits to full live-in care at home. Where care needs are more complex, two carers may be required to ensure safety and continuity, and this will always be discussed openly and agreed in advance.
Live-in care allows people in Cheltenham to remain in their own home while receiving consistent, one-to-one support. For many families, it is a reassuring and practical alternative to residential care. Pricing for live-in care reflects the level of support required and is agreed upfront, giving clarity and peace of mind.
Every service includes a personalised care plan, tailored around individual needs, daily routines, personal preferences and budget. This ensures care feels appropriate, respectful and sustainable over time.
We make arranging home care in Cheltenham as straightforward and supportive as possible. Our local team takes time to understand your situation, explain your options clearly, and design a care package that fits your circumstances. Once care begins, care plans are regularly reviewed and adapted to ensure support continues to meet changing needs.

The carers do a great job of looking after Mum, and helping to make sure she is safe, well and eating properly. All the carers seem kind, and the managers we deal with are very responsive to our needs. The app is a great way for us to see what is going on, on a day to day basis.
We are very pleased with the service provided by SW Care. Firstly we receive a weekly schedule of who will be attending to my wife and when. Should we require any changes these are always accommodated. The organisation is small so we have quickly built up a good relationship with the whole team. They are all great with their diverse but caring personalities. We look forward to their timely visits.
I have been using SW Domiciliary Care for a year now; and find them absolutely wonderful; in fact I am so glad found them myself; as my previous two care companies were dreadful. These ladies are all so friendly, kind, professional, and caring. I am a very fussy person, and they put up with me, and know just how to care for me. I actually look forward to them arriving, that's how good they are. Truly Excellent.
The assessment for my mother and her needs was taken into consideration and even with a slight change nearer to the start date was approached without any problem.
The care from the team who came were outstanding and went above and beyond to help with my mother's needs and she was delighted with the help, care and company received.
I was so happy with the comments from my mother I have already made arrangements to use the company again. Knowing my mother is left in safe hands really does help make life that bit easier.
SW Domiciliary Care were prompt in responding to my request for care for my father back in January after he had a fall, and have been helping him with personal care ever since. They have been very reliable as well as flexible when necessary. They treat him with dignity, and everyone I have met has been extremely friendly. They attend to minor problems and I feel confident they will alert me to anything that needs my attention.
The main carer who comes to help mum every morning is so caring and respectful. She has restored our faith in carers after a couple of bad experiences with other companies. Would recommend without hesitation
Prompt every day and do all the things we've asked them to do.
We would recommend.
Prompt, kind and courteous care at all times. A very professional and respectful company that can be trusted and have never let us down in any way. We have been lucky enough to benefit from their services for quite some time for our care needs and would 100 per cent recommend .
These carers have looked after my client for many years now and I have found them to be very caring, efficient, and helpful. They will also go beyond their normal duties to ensure my client is well looked after. I know she appreciates all they do.
We have been a client's neighbour for the past 17 years and through regular visits have got to know the Carers. The attitude and care provided were exemplary and often went above and beyond what was expected of them providing our friend with good humoured company and making her life far more pleasant.
See the care providers in action, get to know the care providers and treat them as people not as staff you will get better results and care for your love one's. This company are one of the best care companies we have dealt with providing care for my mother-in-law
From the start, we were helped to understand how Mum's needs were likely to develop and how SW Care would be able to tailor their support to ensure she always had the care she needed.
I cannot praise the carers who work with Mum enough. They are very skilled and deeply thoughtful. They always have suggestions when new issues arise and they have expertly managed serious crises including falls, transitions back from hospital after the falls, and the death this year of mum's disabled alcoholic partner.
I have found it really easy to communicate with SW care and my questions are always answered very promptly.
Both my Client and I were very pleased with and appreciative of the care services provided over a period of several years. Care Managers were always ready to discuss any matters arising and carers frequently helped with shopping, collection of prescriptions from GP/ Pharmacy, and other activities which were over and beyond their core remit. My client looked at them as friends.
Excellent, caring service. Always went the extra mile. Gave mum quality of life and dignity in her last couple of years. All the staff were efficient and friendly. Easy company to deal with. Gave the family peace of mind and reassurance. Such lovely people.
We could not be more pleased with the care given to my brother-in-law. As we can't be available for him we rely on his excellent carers to cover his every need as they do perfectly. Overseeing medication, cooking meals, shopping, sorting laundry, ensuring incontinence needs are in place, and accompanying my brother-in-law to appointments and anywhere the need arises. We are updated if anything is needed to ensure Roy's care. Roy himself is really happy with the care he has.
Dad has had a new lease of life since SW Domiciliary came into his life. He tells me every week how happy he is with their help. They are also excellent at communicating with me and responding quickly to any query or request. He would be unable to live independently without their care, they truly are wonderful.
Because I have a 24-hour live-in carer, I only need to employ SW Domiciliary Care five mornings each week. I have excellent continuity with the carers that are sent to me, meaning few changes throughout the year.
Their visits were on time, in accordance with the ones agreed upon, and the ladies never left if there was something that needed doing, even when it went over the allotted time.
Couldn't fault the care and kindness provided.
The care provided is extremely good. My mother is consistently supported by a small group of carers who know her well, and she always knows which carer is coming for all her sessions a week in advance. On rare occasions when new staff are introduced to her, this is managed well. We have been able to adapt to the support she receives over time as her needs have changed. My mother is able to manage her care package herself to a great extent, but there is a good level of communication with her named family contacts when appropriate.
This agency has been providing care for my father for several months. They have been totally reliable, communicate regularly, and demonstrate a high level of care and understanding.
