Michael is a qualified architect and business consultant with approaching 14 years of experience
in the health and social care sector. He is a passionate and determined individual that has worked full-time in the care industry gaining a wide experience in different care settings and in staff management. He has extensive knowledge and experience in providing and managing care services at various operational and management levels, and to the exacting standards of the industry regulators, service users and best sector practices.

Since her very first day of care in 2009, Beatriz has had a driven passion for care and strived to support people in their own homes and bring fulfilment to people's lives. Throughout her career, Beatriz has consistently kept all
training up to date with a constant hunger to learn and to grow. She has her way with everyone and shares a special bond with the cares as well as the clients. Beatriz became the Operation Manager in 2018 with an extensive
training record and exceptional management skills.

Bertha is one of the most experienced employees that Sterling has. She has over more than 17 years of hands-on experience in the Social Care Sector. She is working with us as our Care Supervisor. Her educational qualifications include BSc in Computer Science. What really makes Bertha a valuable asset is her ability to connect with clients and carers on both personal and professional levels. If you know Sterling Standard, you
definitely know who Bertha is.

Funmi brings with her vast experience of being a Supervisor in the health and Social care industry. She is currently working as a Care Supervisor. She is free-spirited and loves to indulge herself in singing and dancing
whenever she gets time. Along with that, she has a strong belief system. She is all about equality and empowerment.

Oyeronke is working with Sterling as a Care Coordinator. She has done her masters in International
Business Management. When not working you can find her spending time around good books. Apart from being inclined towards providing care to the needy, the other social cause she is passionate about is the Educational Rights of Children.

Sree started her journey as an intern and has now become the 'go-to' person for all our carers and clients. She is pursuing MSc in Human Resources and is working as an HR assistant with us. Her multi-tasking and people skills make her the best fit for this industry. She always stays on top of her game and pushes her colleagues to do the same. She believes that the world would be a better place if we will give everyone the space to be themselves. In her opinion, intersectionality is imperative for inclusive feminism. On a fine London evening, you can find her exploring places and reading a book.

Ankita started her journey with Sterling as an Intern and currently, she is working with us as an HR Personnel Assistant. The quality which makes Ankita stand out from others is being an all-rounder and helping everyone
perform their tasks better. She enjoys dancing and cooking in her free time. She is extremely compassionate and staunchly believes that sustainable development practices are the future.

Drashti is the new addition to our team and has started her journey as the Digital Marketing Intern. She is
currently pursuing her Masters in Digital Marketing from the University of West London. As a getaway, Drashti
likes to immerse herself in poetry and music. She spends her leisure time debating movies and visiting
art galleries. She brings her vibrancy and sarcastic humour to drive her content home and is extremely passionate about Mental health awareness and LGBTQ+ rights.
