Overall Experience 2.0 out of 5
I've never encountered such an unorganised company in my life. No on-call easy to reach. Left my chair-bound mother in the dark with no accessible way of reaching her drink. After finally getting hold of the on-call she was rude and sounded as if I had woken her up? It's Monday so phone calls to be
made.
Reply from Dayo Agunbiade, Director at Seccare+

The care package referenced was taken over by SecCare+ as the provider that was in place could not carry on.
SecCare+ prides itself in providing quality care and our on-call service is always is always accessible.
The complainant had a conversation with the on-call and was advised that the carers did not leave her mother in the dark. Her mother's neighbour (left in the property when the carers left), turned off the light.
SecCare+'s manager called the complainant on Monday as requested. She was struggling with symptoms of the flu and therefore nasally in her speech. Time was taken to explain to the reviewer about the issues raised, including the transport challenges faced by the carers allocated to her mother on 3/12/23. The conversation ended with the complainant acknowledging that the care received by her mother at the time of the conversation was good.
