I've never encountered such an unorganised company in my life. No on-call easy to reach. Left my chair-bound mother in the dark with no accessible way of reaching her drink. After finally getting hold of the on-call she was rude and sounded as if I had woken her up? It's Monday so phone calls to be made.

The care package referenced was taken over by SecCare+ as the provider that was in place could not carry on.
