The standard of care my Mum receives from Safion Care is excellent. They have been caring for Mum for a number of months now and I can rest assured that she is getting the best care. They are very mindful of her needs and even help her look after her cat! I liked the fact that the owner/manager cared
for my mum for the first 6 weeks so that she could get to know Mum really well. She was then able to appoint daily carers to mum, knowing that she fully understood her needs. It is great that Mum has continuity of care and gets on with all her carers really well. The whole team treat Mum with dignity and see her as 'one of the family'. As I don't live locally, it is great that I can have the confidence knowing that Mum is well looked after and that the owner/manager will let me know of any issues. Equally, I know if I am worried about anything I can just pick up the phone to speak to her or one of the carers. Thank you for your help and support Safion!
